" I walked into the Fayetteville AR Cycle Gear store on their rider appreciation day sale. This was an in-store only sale in addition to their sales catalog. Being retired military I was also honored with a 10% discount. Needless to say, I marked off many items on my wishlist. Purchasing boots, bike stand, gas tank, security chain, tools, etc. Sales lady Ally was very helpful in making my visit stress free answering all my concerns and to top it off there was breakfast sandwiches, donuts and orange juice being served. I was very satisfied with my visit by being able to walk into a brick and mortar store along with using their website. There is always a chance of not getting what you want shopping online only. Cycle Gear store being close solved that issue. Their selection is enormous from street to dirt bikes. Most anything you are shopping for from their website you can see up close by walking into their store. Very happy"
"I went to see if they had heated gloves to replace my Harley-Davidson pair. H-D no longer carries the gloves that I got with a jacket about 5 years ago and one of my gloves quit working after only being used 4 times. The people there found some they thought would fit my jacket connections and then went out to my trike to make sure they would work. I then purchased a helmet to replace the current one that had been dropped several times over the last two years. I received a 10% discount as a veteran and actually enjoyed my visit. They have an entire wall, floor to ceiling, of helmets to choose from."

"I went in to look for riding gear for my son, really big like me. We found a Bilt riding coat, all weather with a liner in it for a really good price. We also located some leather gauntlets for a decent price also with some liners for us idiots that ride when it is really cold outside. The staff is knowledgable and interested in motorcycles. The store is well stocked and what is not on hand is easily ordered online. "
