"I needed a new helmet to go on a trip to Mexico. The staffed helped me learn the ins and outs of the brands. I decided to not go with the brand I was thinking about and bought a Bell. They have a great selection and what's even better is that you can try them on before buying to make sure its right. They also have a lot of support to find the gear you need. "I had a tire mounted, was told one price so I called again the next morning to verify what I was told n proceeded to comply. Upon my departure left paying more than was quoted, but then had to pay couse job was done before I was charged. So what i did to to get ready for a well needed ride cost me the ride. The work was ok, balanced tire with wrong weights plus left old weight on, couseing a bad look on my wheel.over all im good but a lot of these bike shops have hidden cost n fees not mentioned on top of hi rates, do better then them n ull get more coustomers. "I came in about a week ago and purchased a new helemet. Sedici to be specific. I loved the helmet very clean and crisp looking and fitted very well. I later rode with it on and off for about 4 days. One day I opened the visor and it got stuck. Taking my helmet off for further incpection the top left air intake was peeling off and not to mention how awful the helmet whistles. I call cycle gear and tell them my issue. “Ya sure no problem we will exchange it.” I call up there and see if I can have them order the scorpion helmet I first wanted. They said I had to pay for both Helemets in order to order the scorpion? I can’t dish out money for no reason. Finally they some how could order it for me with out me paying for it up front. I come in the afternoon to do the swap of the sedici for the scorpion. As I stand there for 30mins watching the staff play on there phone “attempting” to check me out I look around the store. I find bar end mirrors. Sure it’s look great on my bike. After returning the helmet they owed me $80 back. The guy there seemed knowledgeable so I ask, do these bar mirrors fit my motorcycle? He ask make and model. I tell, “oh ya they’ll fit.” So as I sit here aggervated and juggled around in my garage at 11pm at night these bar end mirrors have been expanded and do not fit my bars. Never again will I step foot in another cycle gear. "
