still waiting *5* weeks for return authorization number! :((((((

"I don't think the employees understand English even though when you speak to them on the phone their accent is barely detectable. Whenever I have e-mailed them, I seem to get an automated response that has NOTHING to do with my question or request! I have e-mailed them *9* times and spoken with them by phone *3* times, one of those times being *HUNG UP* on by Melissa Bright in customer service. Their website says they will send a RMA# in 2-3 weeks; as of today I have been waiting *5* weeks!!! They have REPEATEDLY asked me whether the socks have been worn, and EVERY time I reply that they have NOT been worn and the bags have NOT even been opened. They have REPEATEDLY asked me whether I want an exchange or store credit, and EVERY time I reply that I want store credit. So WHY have FAILED to send me a Return Merchandise Authorization #??? Are they about to go out of business and leave all of us hanging and out our money???? I would say to beware of placing an order with them IF you think this might be the case - will your merchandise ever come after they get your money????"

A refund due has yet to show up after over three weeks. Also a so called re-stocking fee of 15% - - -unbelievable.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I did not read the reviews prior to ordering. What a mistake!! Terrible company to do business with!

"The rudest customer service people on the face of the earth. I ordered my doctor specified compression stockings on 7/21/2016 with expedited delivery for which I paid an additional $9.95. When they did not arrive as expected on 7/26/2016, and I could not find a tracking number to identify the delivery, I called the CS desk at Compression Sales on 7/27/2016. Mathew was so rude. He said it was FED EXs fault and offered to send another order to my point of destination (Hawaii). When I explained they would do me no good there because the purpose of buying them was to wear them while on the plane to my destination, he said he offered more a solution and there was nothing more he could do. Then, without warning, he actually hung up on me! I was stunned. I called back. He finally admitted he was the person who hung up. I asked him why? He said again he offered me a solution and if I did not want it, there was nothing he could do. He was so, so rude. I asked him for his supervisor and Mathew told me there was no one to talk to and if I wanted to complain the only recourse was e-mail, but it would not help. The owner of the company would not listen or respond. I could not return them without a significant charge, should they ever arrive. Then, he hung up again! My husband was furious. He called him. It rang and rang. Neither Mathew or any other CS rep ever answered. The pkg. arrived days after we left. A neighbor took it in. Now I am stuck with two pairs of compression stockings I will never use as we had to buy them again locally before the trip. Luckily Walgreens had something similar and at a better price. What a waste of time and money. I should have shopped locally first and read the reviews. If I had ordered them thru Amazon Prime I would have had some recourse. I was not thinking clearly. My mistake. This is a terrible place to do business. Don't waste your time."

They Commit Credit Card FRAUD!!!!

"These low life sorry POS scum bags have now charged me 3 TIMES for items not ever received NOR COULD THEY PROVE THE ITEMS WERE SHIPPED. I have done charge backs each time and I HAVE WON EACH ONE! JUST BEWARE OF THESE LOW LIFE SCUM SUCKING LOSERS AT THEY ARE NOTHING BUT THIEVES!!!!!!!!"

"I bought 2 pairs of compression socks. My Dr told me that I do not meed to wear them so I tried to return them 2 weeks after I purchased them. They are brand new, have never been work,and still in their original packaging I initiated a return online and was contacted by Melissa, a very rude customer service rep who told me that they can only be exchanged or I could get a store credit. I dont need to exchange them and I dont need a store credit. I was advised by my Dr not to wear them so what am I going to do with a store credit or an exchange. Guess I'll have to try to sell them on ebay. Bottom line, avoid this company. I certainly do NOT recommend them and if I ever do need compression socks or if anyone asks me for a recommendation, I will certainly steer them away from compressionsale.com"

"Placed an order on 12/17 which was confirmed by e-mail which stated that I couldn't cancel or change the order and it was being processed for shipping. Well they didn't ship it until 12/23. Not sure what is involved in their processing but it must be pretty extensive for one pair of compression stockings!!!! When I called today (12/23) to find out about the delay I was informed that the product was initially on back order. They did not inform me of that when I placed my order or I would have got them somewhere else. I was informed that I would not be able to return them. Are you kidding me???? And according to "Travis" on their live chat, I should have been told that it was on back order. Of course I am not really sure what happened to travis b/c he hasn't responded to my follow up question and did not say chat was ended. TRAVIS !!! TRAVIS !!! are you awake????? Do we need to call an ambulance? What A Micky Mouse company!!! ( no offense Walt Disney) wouldn't order from them again.

"Do not use this site! They are a scam. They give false addresses for returns and do not replace the items they send that are damaged. I ordered 4 pairs of stockings and 2 were very damaged. They did not return the stockings or my money and Paypal would not help because they gave a fake address to return to. They do not return E-mails or calls. When I finally did reach someone, (Matthew) he was very rude. I think they might be phishing because he asked very personal questions!! CAUTION!!"

"Horrible horrible horrible. Never shipped my items. Sent an empty package and argued with me about it as if I were lying. Accused the post office of opening the package when it was clearly not tampered with. Ridiculous rip off company. Next stop - BBB. Side note - they took their sweet old time to ship an empty envelope! "

"BUYER BEWARE! Very, very POOR customer service. After waiting for 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone, the representative was extremely RUDE. Also, their shipping options are DECEIVING. I paid $20 for 1 to 2 day shipping and did not receive package until the 3rd day (placed order Monday at 4:15 p.m. - did not receive until Thursday at 4 p.m.) and they would not refund the shipping difference. Lastly, I posted an honest comment on their Facebook page (compressionsale.com), and they deleted it today and made it so you cannot write a comment there. Hmmm, I wonder why? "

"Do NOT buy from this scam company Compressionsales.com!! I bought a pair of compression stockings that were 20-30 and they felt like regular pantyhose with no compression at all. I went through the return procedure and sent them back just to have them refuse my package and send it back to me with me having to pay the postage again! When I called them to ask why they refused my package they said because the stockings had been worn. I told them that I only tried them on for a few minutes and that was it. There was no reason to keep wearing them since they served no purpose without compression. The guy was rude and told me that they wouldn't be giving me a credit. I will never do business with them again and reading other people's reviews now I see I am not the only one that has had this problem with this horrible company."

"First, I am a disabled veteran and my wife is under going surgery and chemo treatment for breast cancer. She has had several lymph nodes removed under her left arm and recommended by her doctor to use a compression sleeve on her left arm. After several hours of internet searching, I decided to order through Compression Sale Company. Because of the serious nature of her need for the compression sleeve, I paid an additional $29.95 for over night air. We placed the order late Thursday night and expected the delivery by Saturday at the latest. We received the package on Monday at 3 pm. Not exactly next day air as I paid for. I called Compression Sale’s customer service and very rude gentlemen answered, placed me on hold to speak with the manufacturer of the compression sleeve Truform. He returned to the line and told me “that due to weather the package could not be delivered next day air.” I told him since I did not get it next day air as I paid I wanted at least a partial refund on the next day air shipping charge. He proceeded to inform me that they could not control the weather and no refund would be given. I argued with him about the charge and he told me “If I would stop talking and listen he would explain how things work with them.” I ask to speak with a supervisor and he hung up on me. I called back three times and all three times I was immediate sent to a recording to leave a message. I called back and spoke with a lady in sales, she informed me that there was no way to speak with a supervisor, that the only way to contact a supervisor was by email, but did not provide me with an email address.
Furthermore, once the order was placed, I never received a tracking number from UPS or FedEx, only a generic email from Compression Sale that the order was being shipped next day air, but the email did not contain who the shipping was being sent through or any way of tracking the shipment such as a tracking number, etc. Compression Sale is the rudest company I have dealt with for internet purchased, has no customer complaint department and as far as I can tell no supervisors to speak with or email as they claim. Save you time, money and frustration and buy your compression products from a respectable and reliable company. Use my experience as an example of why not to use Compression Sale and save your money on their scams and frustrating staff. Do not buy from these rip-offs, it’s not work the hassle. I just hope the $29.95 over night air fee is worth the social media blasting their about to get from me……..
