"This company will send you whatever they have even if its not what you ordered and then refuse to exchange or return you funds. Ordered two outdoor light fixtures and two LED bulbs. Fixtures were defective and they send the wrong bulbs which I couldn't use. Refused to issue a RMA to process an exchange or return. I'm stuck with $241 of crap I can't use. If they have exactly what you order, you may get lucky but if they don't, you don't know what you may end up with. Customer service is a joke. They will literally insult you in an effort to get you to go away."
"ordered 2 LED 120v small round fixtures..got the goods but it took 2 months for an electrician to schedule the install...I checked the boxes for the fixtures of course and thought all was ok...never thought to take them apart to see if lamps were in place...or if anything was missing...how would I know until calling them about NO LAMPS which cost extra being 120v...their response was beyond 30day notice so no consideration...there should have been lamps in small white boxes in the packaging...which were not included...but they will sell the the lamps which I already paid for...such a deal"

"I ordered several items to construct an outdoor security light with a motion detector and light sensor from what appeared to be a web site that advertised American Made products. Wrong. All they sell is Chinese made products. Order was place on 10-03-20. when the shipment arrived there was no packing list, no order number, no instructions to assemble these components. E-mails went unanswered so I had to call twice to have them finally send assembly instructions; these instructions were like reading Greek. I E mailed their Return/Order Cancellation Form, twice, no response, I had to call for them to acknowledge they received this form. They sent a credit memo form for me to sign and E mail back to them which I did on 10-28-20; I resent the form 3 times until finally receiving a response that this form had been received on 11-02-20. My refund finally was posted on 11-10-20. The refund amount was barely half the amount I spent on the original order. Their restocking fees are exorbitantly high and their shipping fees are also exorbitantly high. If you like purchasing Chinese products from a company that charges very high prices then by all means do business with C2C; but BEWARE. From start to finish it took 39 days for this bad lesson!"

Arrived okay but one item was incorrect and when I tried to return it and some other items no longer needed not only was I charged with a 30% re-stocking fee but the scam artist Mike H. acknowledge receiving items via email and then 1 week later turned around and claimed that he did not have the return. This in spite of the fact that I had a FedEx signed receipt of goods. Bottom line if something is wrong with the order or you have to return something you'll get ripped off. Unethical company and owner. STEER CLEAR! The on line reviews on this site and others are garbage attempts by owner to pump up star rankings."

"I spent quite a lot of money on Christmas rope lights and accessories with this company under the name of Coast 2 Coast or Social Lighting or C2C. Do not do business with them as the products are not as represented. The LED rope lights I received were defective and I am sure now that they must be seconds and not first quality merchandise. On my original order one reel was the wrong color and every other reel had defects. I had to fight with their Chinese contact to return the defective items and receive replacements. Every replacement reel I received had at least one bulb out when received. When I returned the defective ropes for replacement I had to jump through all kinds of hoops and deal with highly irregular emails from the company. I finally had to do a charge back for one reel that I never received a replacement for. I had ordered from this company because the lights were supposed to be higher quality lights and that was not the case. The only thing that was higher was the cost. Most of the of the reels were received after the Christmas season so I was without them for a whole lighting season. I am on the Richmond light tour so that was a big deal and a big problem for me. Due to the problems and delays a lot of the items were installed in the year following the year I had ordered them for. After installation there was not a single set of ropes that did not have at least one bulb out it not more. In year two one installed rope now has a 6' section which is not lighting. The bulb spacing on the ropes is not uniform. For the most part there are no cutting marks on the ropes and where there are marks they are not at the true cutting places. I was told by the company that it was illegal to put cutting marks on the ropes and after much delay was provided with a picture of where to cut the ropes. Since every other company provides rope lights with cutting marks this clearly was untrue. In addition the accessory cords that I ordered to go with their rope lights (on the phone with Michael on his advice) were all the incorrect amperage so they were a total loss and blew out a six foot section of rope. The installed lights are mostly all falling out of the rope light tracks that I bought from them and now I am having to reinstall on tracks from a new company or put silicone glue in their tracks to keep the lights installed. The whole process of dealing with them was a total nightmare and I wasted at least $2,400 of my hard earned money. I have never dealt with a company that gave me such a runaround and had me so upset. I couldn't even provide a review before this is I couldn't deal with it. Please save yourself a lot of trouble and don't deal with them. I am now replacing all of their LED ropes with ones from a reputable company.,"
"I ordered T5HO LED light tubes from them last November and never got my lights. Every time I contact them they are just about to ship. They would give. E a different reason every time I called. I finally had to get the credit card company to get my money back. Avoid this place. "
