Awful Customer service

"Received the wrong items, was told I had to return before the correct items would be sent back. Also not a straight forward process, asked if they could just arrange fedex to collect the items but have to go through the website which is a tedious process and print off the return label (don’t have a printer!) We needed these for a special occasion, so disappointed and upset. What should have been a straight forward process is just now so frustrating and unnecessary. "

THIEVES, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

"I ordered 2 pairs of boots, unfortunately neither pair fit. When I returned them, I was given the refund for 1 pair. When I was able to speak with a human she hung up on me. I have been calling and emailing since December with no success. The BBB even attempted to contact them for me, also with no success. They have stolen over $100 from me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM."

Terribly slow service!

"I ordered my boots three days ago and they still have not shipped out. I should have trusted my instincts and decided not to order from this company because I had read more bad reviews than good. But, against my better judgment, I thought I would give this company the benefit of the doubt. I called and asked why it is taking so long for them to ship and was told that they were sold out in the warehouse, so they were having to search various stores for them. When a customer is paying a substantial amount of money for a pair of shoes, it really shouldn’t take that long to fill the order and then ship it out. Ridiculously unorganized! I will never purchase from this company again. I’m half tempted to cancel my order before it even ships because they apparently don’t take customer service very seriously. "

Terribe Communication!

"I ordered a hat which was canceled about 2 days after due to no inventory, no big deal. I ordered another hat a couple days later and after 10 days of my order stuck
"in process" I wrote to them and received an email back with the order canceled! How did it take you 10 days to even tell me it's canceled? Also, when I ordered the hat, there were 5 in stock for my size. I will never order anything from this company, nor will I go to any of their boot city stores. Terrible service and communication. They don't deserve your money.

Fast Service - Great Product!

"I ordered a pair of Justin Boots from this business. My boots arrived within 3 days and I am one happy customer! They fit perfectly but if they had not, Cavender's placed a return label in the box. When I need boots again - I will definitely be ordering from Cavender's."

Poor service

"I placed an order in November 2021 for a Cowboy Prayer Hat rack. I received the item in December. The item was broken upon delivery and had to be returned. I was told another one would be shipped out by December 13, that did not happen. After multiple phone calls and multiple emails (with no response), I finally reached a representative who then promised the item would be shipped by December 17, that did not happen either. On December 21 I was promised it was being shipped and I would receive by Christmas, that didn’t happen either. I finally received item 2 weeks after Christmas, again broken but this time worse than the first time. The item is shipped in a flimsy box in a shipping bag. I returned item requesting a refund. I have been told twice now that it was taken to the correct department so they could process my refund, that was on Monday January 24, 2022. On Friday,January 28, 2022, I was informed it was still in the stack to be processed. Anytime you call it’**** or miss getting someone on the phone. If their lines are forwarded to a recording, it asks you to email them, they do not respond to those either. We are now at February 1, 2022, still no refund processing. This is absolutely ridiculous. I work in shipping so I know how it works. Packaging is poor for shipping, poor customer service and to lengthy on their turn around time. I highly suggest do not purchase online orders from them."

Cavendar's No More

"Spent about $500 at Pearl MS store... cashier was rude as hell... no hello, no thank you... hands me receipt and says "here"... when I asked if that is it? I get the reply "Uh, Yeah".
I contact the feedback website and fill out the information and I state I want to be contacted by someone... 4 days later still no phone call. Got an email for a 10% off coupon for my next visit.... as if, there is going to be a next visit.

Returning boots

"I ordered a pair of boots from cavendars for Christmas. When they arrived there were 2 left boots in the box. I returned the boots to receive a refund but after 2 weeks of not receiving it I called and was on hold for 3 hrs to talk to someone. They said I would receive the refund in 5-7 days but instead they charged me for the boots again. So now I’ve been on hold for another hour so far trying to get $440.00 back on boots I don’t have. Do not buy anything from this place if you don’t want to have problems. "

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

"They never have your entire order and when they cancel part of it it's almost impossible to get your money back. They charge for the full order before they even check to see if they have it all. Then they will not notify your credit card company that the order amount was adjusted and your credit card company will not refund you without proof the entire order wasn't sent. I've had this happen multiple times. Save yourself th4 headaches and just order from Boot Barn"

No refund or response to email or phone

"Wish i had read the reviews here but seems like my returned boots went into a black hole and no information or response from the company has come. I have tried emails to customer service and the phone to no avail. Others seem to have the same issue. do not support this business or you risk getting ripped off for something that should be straightforward."

Worst customer service EVER!

"After returning the damaged boots I had ordered, I can not get a response to multiple emails, messages on their website, multiple phone calls, one where I was hung up on and never received a call back and still have yet to receive a refund after they received the boots back! Absolutely horrible experience all the way around!"
