Do not order from this company!!

"I ordered 2 hats off the website. Paid with my card. Received confirmation that only 1 hat was shipped however I was charged 8.99 shipping. Both hats were supposed to be confirmed shipped and receive before Christmas. Called on 12/18 to inquire about missing item…. Assured it would arrive before deadline. Received email confirmation on 12/21 that they cancelled the order. If you don’t have enough products…. Don’t list them on your site. Assuming it was in stock…. were you going to charge me an additional shipping fee for splitting up my order and not shipping them together? Will not order from this company again. "

"There need to get there act together and get into the 21 century on update there inventory. Horrible experience and expected so much more from a company that promotes the cowboy way. Don't waste your time with Cavender's just simple order from Nigro's Western Store a store that still stands behind customer service."

"I have had FOUR orders cancelled on me in the last month because their “site is behind”. This place is the absolute worst, and their customer service could care less. I’ve never had a worse online shopping experience. "

Worst online experience!

"I ordered several pairs of jeans from the website PRIOR to the Black Friday sale on 11/22/22. I spent a long time choosing my order and some were for gifts. I didn’t hear anything until 12/2/22 at which time they said all my items were out of stock and my order was cancelled. They tried to blame it on Black Friday and their “website being behind”….whatever that means!! So upset at the waste of time and now have to shop for other gifts! I will never even bother to look at the store again!"

Horrible website and no customer service

"Ordered black Friday sale. Canceled the order cause no stock. Ok called the next day and ordered a different items with black Friday ad. Waited 4 days and they cancelled that order. Call 8am and was told would be able to reorder and get deal but had to wait for the other item to cancel. Called back at 11:51 am the same day was told won't honor the sale price. Asked to speak with a manager was told would call me back. Hey guess what no call back. Would only order from them if u like a company that doesn't know what they have in stock and ready for your order to be cancelled. "

Unfulfilled Orders

"Ordered 2 pair of Cinch mens jeans for $36.84 each on Nov 23rd. Three days later (after Black Friday) Cavender's sent me an email telling me they were not going to fulfil my order. I called to see if they would at least honor the price on different Cinch brand jeans. They said no and that they were very sorry. HELPFUL! Bad business."

Worse service ever

"Waited a week just for the order to be processed then another we for the order to arrive and received a pair of damaged cavender brand boots in a ariat box I’m guessing they were a return sent them back for exchange have been waiting over a week for a new pair instead they refunded them thanks for nothing wasted almost a whole month and still no boots y’all for the bird’s."

Unbelievable

"I ordered a hat for 15.99. Shipping was 10.99. 12 days later, still no hat. 7 employees, 0 help. On day 13 I canceled the order. 30 seconds later, email confirmation on cancelation. Good at cancelations. Awful at their jobs"

Took money, waited a week, canceled no reason.

"I ordered two pairs of jeans, e-mail said, we have gotten your order and payment, we will ship out as soon as we can, we have set these aside, a whole week later I get an email sorry we canceled your order you can check the site with your order number an so on for any other information.. NO INFORMATION GIVEN WHY MY ORDER WAS CANCELED.. “we will refund at our earliest convenience..” no if you didn’t actually have the items I ordered you shouldn’t have taken the money at all.. NOT IMPRESSED. 100/10 do not recommend."

If I could give a 0 I would.

"I ordered boots as a gift. I ordered size 8 toddler and received a boys size 5 twisted x shoes. I ordered with plenty of time to give them as a gift. Well since they shipped the wrong thing I have to ship the other back they have to receive it before they will send the others out, now it won't be in time for her birthday. Very disappointing and the costumer service does nothing and I spoke to a Manager and she was rude and unhelpful "

Horrible jeans and over priced! Don't waste your time

"Customer service is HORRiBLE!!! We took advantage of their buy 2 get 1 jeans in August 2021. Within 2 weeks my husband's jeans, the rivets came off. We called Cavender's was advised to ship them back. They then called to get credit card for new jeans?! NO!! After 6 weeks and hassle back and forth he said keep them don't ever call again. So April 2022 my jeans split at the pocket. So we called and same, send them in. (Mind you we had them checked out before shipping back and was told defect in jeans where the split) we get my jeans back today and told this was regular wear and tear. Cavender's customer service and jeans ****!! We will NEVER purchase from here again!! ."

Don’t buy boots from them

"Bought some
Anderson Bean boots from them and barely wore them. I have had them at least a year, but they are on of many pairs of boots that I own and I don’t wear them very often at all. I recently noticed threads coming out of the side of the boot that
doesn’t receive any wear at all. They wanted to sell me another pair of boots at 10% off!?……When these are in great shape except for these threads coming out and unraveling. A brand such as AB shouldn’t do this at
all with such little wear. If they won’t stand behind their products, then I will never buy from them again and encourage everyone to avoid this company totally!

SCAM, awful customer service

"they get an order from my credit card that i never did for the second time after changing credit card, they told me that they have to ask their manager for a refund, then after 2 weeks they told me to figure out with my bank and never answered again, with all this bad review, i am wondering how they can even still sell anything, GO AWAY FROM THEM !!!"
