"I had never used this service before, so I was slightly skeptical. However, after the process has been completed. Everything ended up great. One small issue happened and they corrected it immediately. The expected time to receive my check had elapsed by over a week. So I took the time to report that I hadn’t received my payment. The Customer Service team, Kiara specifically, was on top of it. She immediately issued a replacement check. I received the new check within a week, for the exact amount I was to receive! They were communicative and on to of it!
