"I wish I had something good to say, but I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Burke Decor. I ordered a concrete console table, and waited six months for delivery. I had to continually keep asking for delivery updates because they gave me very little contact. I know this is a trend right now, and that is not even what I am upset about. When the table was delivered and left on my front sidewalk, I asked the delivery man if I could open the crate to make sure it wasn’t damaged before he left. He said no and jumped in his truck and drove away. This table weighed over 200 pounds and I had to find help to get it up the front steps and into my house. Once I opened the crate, I discovered it was shattered in multiple places. It was completely useless. Again, still not what I am even that upset about. I contacted Burke and they told me to dispose of the table and they would refund my money. I had to take a half day to load this into the back of a pickup truck after breaking it into pieces that I was able to lift and then dispose of it at the local landfill. Where I had to pay by the pound to dispose of this table. Super annoyed at this point, and again not even what I was completely angry at. But after all of this, I repeatedly had to keep contacting them for my refund. After two months, I had to get my credit card involved to go after them for me. Every time I called Burke someone would tell me they were marking it as urgent and to expedite my refund. I was calling almost weekly. After everything they put me through with this table, they still would not even refund my money until the third-party got involved. Not only that, I feel like they owe me money at this point. This table cost me time and money and a giant headache with very little consideration from them. I will never purchase from this company ever again."

"DO NOT purchase from Burke Decor. They'll run your credit card and then not deliver the goods for months. Purchased a chair the first week in January, was supposed to arrive late Feb., then late March, then late April, then late May. They DO NOT provide any shipping updates unless you call and harass them. There is no communication between point of purchase and delivery date. Absolutely horrible customer service, I'm not sure it's even worth the lower prices."

"I have spent hours trying to coordinate a delivery of table. Call wait time with BD have been as long as 45 minutes when I hung up and the shortest was 20 minutes. I never received the same response twice - there is minimal care and complete disregard. BD had set up my dining table to be delivered with no signature or call - just a drop off. Hours off calls have made little progress - I am having it delivered to a hour 3 hours away on the third floor and there is no option for it to be brought in the house. This was something I specifically asked about prior to ordering. BD is disorganized and unhelpful. Save yourself the headache and order elsewhere."

"I purchased a lamp that turns on via a metal chain. The chain broke with no way to reattach and now the lamp doesn’t turn on. I reached out to Burke Decor and they don’t cover “ware and tear”. There is only one way to turn on the lamp and it broken turning it on. There was definitely no wear and tear. Just a faulty product. Will never shop from them again..buyer beware"

"Definitely avoid this company. We bought a purple rug from them for $400 that looked awesome on their site. When it came it was 100% not the rug that was on the site. It was a cheaply made piece of junk that was a completely different color that I would not spend 20 bucks on. When we called we got the run around at every corner. This is obviously a bait and switch boutique run out of someone’s living room. Not worth it. We did return and get our money back (after over a month of fighting with them) but of course they refused to refund the full amount. Zero customer service because they can’t stand behind their crap products.

Should have checked all the other reviewers before we made this mistake. Lesson learned. "

"Product shown on website doesn't reflect actual inventory. Was very excited to find a lux metallic piggy bank that I've been trying to find for years listed and available for purchase. Spent $270 and waited a week for it to ship. After no word back I called and was told that the product was actually discontinued and it would take up to 14 business days to process my refund. A week later I didn't get any confirmation email and had to call again and start the whole process over.

I was able to send back a physical product to west elm and get a refund faster than this company was able to reimburse me for the purchase that they weren't even able to fulfill. Ridiculous"

"I bought an ornament Nov 16th, emailed the company on Dec. 2nd to get a status update, was told the item I ordered for Christmas was a Pre-Order item and delivery couldn't be guaranteed prior to the holiday (no mention of this when the item was purchased). I was also told it would be very difficult cancel because the fulfillment warehouse receives the Order when it is placed. More or less total BS, do not order from this company!!!!!"

"Burke Decor is the worst place to purchase any furniture. We bought an almost $2,000 dining table and was told there will be delay and have to wait for a month, but ended up waiting for SIX MONTHS to receive it, and that's not the worst part.
After received it, we didn't see anything wrong with it and went out for our pre-planned vacation.
When we came up, found out there are cracks on both side of the dining table due to either over-tightened screws from the White Glove Services we purchased from them and/or damage during delivery.
When we reached out to Burke Decor, they asked for original packaging and delivery documents, which we never had from them. Their reply was simply saying you have to notify them within 24 hours, which is not possible in our case. They also ignored the part that we paid for them to assemble it.

Burke Decor is the worst place to buy any furniture.
PLEASE AVOID BURKE DECOR AT ALL COST!!!!!"

"I ordered and received a "bright white" pouf that was anything but bright white. It was the color of an unbleached old jump rope. The would have allow me to return it without paying $40.83 for return shipping, plus a 5% restocking fee. On the website, the product was shown as a soft looking "rope/yarn" and was white. Nothing like what was received. Awful service and I would not recommend purchasing anything from Burkedecor.com."
