"According to a young lady whom works for buds, my order was canceled and my payment was void. Due to "my information being wrong" (which it was not) and now I'm getting an email stating me account is now being debited. If my order was canceled and my payment is void, why am I being charged? Furthermore, it states no where that you must wait weeks when choosing ACH, even when you choose items which are fast tracked while holding a buds membership. This is my first order from buds which I purchase firearms online regularly. I currently serve in the Ukraine under the International Legion of Defense and Intelligence as a foreign fighter, while im home i train law enforcement and military for special operations/ small unit tactical as well as Care Under fire/ and Emergency Medical/Stop Bleed in high stress environments as I am a Combat Medic and Commander of my Team in the Ukraine. That being said its crucial that my items arrive on time. And that information such as not shipping items for a week or two even choosing items that are fast tracked and chosen specifically given my situation, is relayed properly and upfront prior to purchase. "

"Only thing bad about my experience with Buds is that the gun I purchased was in my cart for 2 days then when I went to purchase it it forced me to buy the Buds membership for 29.99$ cause it said it was a for members only which I didn’t mind because it was a good deal. But then the next day when I went back on the website and looked at the gun again it was no longer required to have the membership and now the membership was only 24$. So when I called the customer service the guy basically just brushed me off and said oh well. All in all just poor customer service.
