"I thought I was ordering from store front, but turns out it was online. Working in Utah for work for DOD. I ordered online and paid with ACH and it took so long for Buds to confirm my Deposit which is instantaneous and I could confirm from my USAA account that it had posted. So I ordered from an email sale and paid on April 19 and I was home on Sat. April 27 and order not ready. I call them and the store front doesn't have the guns in stock. Hard for me to believe from a gun shop that has them advertised for sale. I get back to work on Monday April 29 and get an email says my order is ready and they will only hold my purchased weapons for 4 weeks when I'm allowed to come home from my job protecting the USA. Really, I would even be willing to pay for a storage fee, but no I have to pay a 10% restocking fee. Buds should put a pick up date when you order so people can plan pick up. Every other online shop gives you and estimated shipment date. I paid cash and even if there was a waiting until it was processed they should have sent items that were on sale to store front instead of waiting 5 days for no reason. Great customer service will probably never buy here again, and will advise all my gun buying friends to buy elsewhere. PS I have purchased many items here previously and will go elsewhere even if I have to spend more to have better customer service.
