"Fantastic marketplace and Customer service from biblio.com and seller Orphans Treasure Box. Great communication, and a great price for exactly what I wanted. My book edition with a specific cover I wanted which was out of print from a prior edition published 18 years ago. The book was used and in very good condition as described, only some fading on the binding from sunlight/shelf storage. I highly recommend Biblio.com. Excellent service in resolving my first transaction which did not work out. The end result was perfect and even better than expected.

"I have a collection of antique + vintage collectable books I wished to sell. As a new online seller I chose Biblio due to their free listings and decent ratings. The site was not easy for me to figure out, but I did manage to create a profile and upload a few books to my store. They've been listed over 3 months, no sales or interest, and I don't think I've even had any views! I actually stopped listing books there after I discovered I was unable to find my own books doing a google search for the exact titles and info. I even went to Biblio's website and entered my titles and my books did not show up anywhere in the search results! Concerned I reached out to their support but did not receive any help. They said it may take some time for the SEO to kick in. Help topics suggested to get better traffic, listing my books in the rare book room, which I already did. I waited and waited, thinking perhaps it takes time for Google to find my listings. Still could not find my books. I later listed one of the same books on Etsy, exact same photos + descriptions. The book has had only 7 views on Etsy, still very low, BUT it comes up FIRST in a Google search among several other online sellers – while I'm still unable to even find the book listed from my Biblio store. What a useless website! How can I expect to sell any books if no one can find them even searching the exact title, publisher, publish date and description. I'm very disappointed with Biblio and feel like I totally wasted my time and energy listing with them. I will most likely close my store and choose another selling marketplace. "

"I ordered a book through Biblio.com on June 3; after several weeks the book still had not arrived and I sent Biblio.com two inquiries. It took a week for them to even respond to the first one, which only said they'd look into it. After another week without a response I inquired again. This time I received nothing more than a tracking number. When I ran the tracking number I found that the shipping label had just been created -- SIX WEEKS AFTER I ORDERED THE BOOK.
What Biblio. com did not tell me up front was that the seller was in India and that it would likely take forever to get the book. The seller was a real doozie himself. As soon as I placed the order he sent me promotions to buy expensive leather-bound copies of his books, which I was not interested in. I suspect that this disreputable seller only sells books at low prices in order to solicit customers to whom he an send these solicitations.
