"I am very unhappy with Batterybay.net customer service. I ordered a battery four months ago - it never showed. I returned to the website and logged in (they didn't keep my email address) I had to make a new account. I contacted customer service to ask what name they ship under and from what address do they ship from. Their only reply was, "Oh,Yah..we shipped that out in February." I still have not received any help from batterbay.net. SHOP ELSEWHERE, FOLKS."

"Order took over ten days to ship an instock item. Shipping was done via registered delivery which required in-person signature from Post Office. Even though the battery is extended life, it gives inferior performance. Upon reviewing the battery case, it appears worn and possibly used. The exposed plastic is scuffed and appears to have been polished to clean up scratches. The battery performs better than the worn out original, but not as good as new. Surprising for a battery expected to have 20% greater power capacity rating. Buyer beware."
