"I ordered a battery July 1st and this is July 27 and still do not have it. I would not buy from this company again. There is no phone number - only email - so you can't trace an order either. I think I have been scammed - my money is gone - be careful."

"I ordered my battery 1 week ago exactly as I am writing this. I have yet to receive even a shipping number. I paid extra for air-bill shipping. I can't find a way to contact the company to check on the status of my order. I paid extra for shipping to get the battery sooner and I have yet to receive anything other than an email stating that my order has been processed. I do not recommend this company. I should have of paid the extra 2 bucks and ordered it from a more reputable company. Since I submitted my order as a guest instead of creating an account I can't even log in to see the status of my order or cancel it.

I get this email today, 8 days after my order
"To our customer, Can you revise the feedback you have left? The item was shipped on 15 Jul and with tracking number RQ021092815SG. You can check on USPS.com. If you want to login to see the order, you need to create an account with us via email request. So please let us know what you want and we will action to your willingness immediately. so I click over to UPS and check the tracking number to see if what Mr Wong says is correct and my package should be arriving soon. Lo and behold, the tracking information:

wow Singapore. Nowhere in my purchase did it say it would be coming from Singapore. Now there is a charge on my credit card for a foreign transaction fee which I didn't agree to. The price was in US dollars and I paid with a CC from a US bank.

"Placed an order for a HD2 replacement screen since they advertised free express shipping (7 days).
Order process worked well, payment (Paypal) didn't. After Paypal processed the payment, I was redirected back to my order page where I was asked again to make a payment.
After a follow-up email it was confirmed that the payment was received and the order would be sent the following Monday (June 27).
After nothing arrived for well over a week, I enquired on July 6 when I was told the item was shipped just the day before, July 5 and I was given a tracking number. Delivery now takes 4-21 days (as opposed to the 7 day express).
The tracking number, 3 days after it was supposedly posted, still cannot be found on the post office's tracking page.
12 days after placing the order I still have no idea if the item is sent as nothing they told me so far via email actually holds up.
Instead of handing out what appears to be an invalid tracking number, is it really that difficult to just say we haven't shipped it? I'd much prefer an honest response than one contradiction after another.

"UPDATED REVIEW AS OF 7/8/11

I needed a replacement battery for my Mio c230 GPS for an upcoming trip and ordered a battery from batterybay on 6/18/11. I paid extra for air mail delivery since time was of the essence. After a couple glitches, I finally received the battery a few days after returning from the trip...and having to buy a new GPS for the trip. :( But as a business owner, I understand all doesn't run perfectly, especially considering batterybay deals with thousands of orders a day, not to mention the logistics involved. So there are bound to be problems on occasion. This was my first experience with batterybay and although there were glitches, my inquiries were always dealt with immediately and in a kind manner. I won't let this first experience deter me from using batterybay in the future. The replacement battery is perfect and now I have two nice GPS's!

"Last september 2010, I bought a battery for my Iridium Motorola cell phone from batterybay.net/XcellTelecom.
Price was $21.79 USD.
A few months later, the battery failed.
On the 20th of june 2011, I asked for a replacement.
I had an immediate answer and on the 21st they offered me the choice between a refund or a replacement.
And on the 23rd, the total refund was effective on my account.
Fast and fair.

"I ordered a battery on May25, 2011 and it is now June 15, 2011 and i still have not recieved my order as of yet. The tracking information just says that it left singapore on May 31, 2011. I asked for clarification from support and they just forwarded me a hyperlink to the tracking from their source and it tells me that the tracking number is not found in their system.

Very poor customer service and i will not shop here again.

"what a disaster. ordered a phone battery on line, afterwards i went back to site to take another look and realized the battery advertised 1800 mah rating but after looking at product pic, clearly showed 950 mah rating, tried online help, which was unavailable during peak evening hours. tried phone # listed, no good. this only gets worse. went to change/ cancel order link, no way to cancel. sent a message to cancel order and mention all the other issues with site, got reply the pic was wrong but was 1800 mah hour battery. they sent a message june 6 2011 saying they will cancel order. got another message 2 days later saying it was already shipped. after recieving cancel eamil from them i ordered 2 batteries from another site. this is not how to properly treat customers or deal with mistakes they made."

"I ordered a battery for my PDA, and when it arrived about 30 days after my order date and it was the wrong battery I began to wonder because there is a 30 day guarantee from the order date. I contacted them right away to request a new battery, and there was no hassle at all, and the correct replacement battery showed up a couple of weeks later. Very good to deal with, I highly recommend them."
