Terrible

"I ordered a product a month ago today. It never got to the destination. But no worries they said buy another one and they will return my money. We are 30 days into it and STILL no refund yet."

Shipping takes too long

"I waited 3 weeks for my order to ship, and my order status still read “in process”. Customer service tried to be helpful, but they couldn’t make it ship any faster because it was coming from the manufacturer. I will never order anything from this catalog again because I don’t want to wait a month to get my order. It’s just way too long. "

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

"Ordered for Christmas. Arrived in 11 days, not 5-7. WAY overpriced, very low quality. Items were very poorly made, unfinished seams, and NOT to size. The jewelry was cheaply made and didn't look anything like the catalog photos. The waist band of the fleece jacket was the same size opening as the neck and couldn't be zipped. I actually laughed out loud at that one, I was so disgusted. The backpack was "cafe" which is brown, not black or the size as described and ordered from the catalog. The white shirts were so thin, another shirt would have to be worn underneath and I highly doubt they would have made it through even one washing. The return shipping cost $37.24 with insurance. It arrived in "Shrewsbury, Ma" which is a post office, not Littleton as the return label indicated. When I called customer service, I was told there is "no way they can confirm they received my return package in house". He said to check my post office receipt for the confirmation code for delivery. I asked how long it would be for return credit to my credit card he said 4-6 weeks. I asked if I can call customer service or see the status of my return on their website, he said "You can't, there's no way to track it here, just wait for your credit card statement to show a credit. Then you know." Here is one thing I know for sure, I will NEVER order from this ridiculous company again."

Never again

"Received a gift certificate for Christmas. Went to the web site, went through the whole process of choosing items only to find out at check out if you are paying with a gift card you have to call in to order. Go through the whole order process again with a customer rep. She is promoting the company’s VIP Program which she sells as instantly getting free shipping and 15% off my current purchase. After a month you can call to cancel, so sure I did it.when the paper work arrived m I would have to mail receipts and fill out a paper to get discounts. Certainly not instant as described. Some of the items we ordered were back ordered with an expected in stock date of early January. In stock items arrive at a snails pace. Call to check on back ordered items 1-17 -18 to find out they shipped on the 12th and should be here the 20th. Never got an email or anything letting us know items were on the way. Called to cancel the VIP package and customer service game me another number to call. If the sales rep can sell you something, I don’t need to be transferred just to get a phone number. Called said number only to be greeted by thank you for calling back in the saddle . Horrible experience all the way around. "

Average quality, rude customer service

"I ordered a few items from this company on December 4th, totaling almost $270 and was surprised that they don't cover the shipping for an order of that amount. Most online companies pay the shipping for orders over $50. As appears to be status quo for this company based on the reviews, one item was back ordered and I wasn't aware until I received the other items about 2 weeks later. One of the items I ordered was an Under Armour hoodie. Since I have several hoodies made by Under Armour and they are very warm, so I assumed it would be the same quality, but when this one arrived I was surprised at how thin it is, not warm enough for even a cool night. It is unique and cute, so I decided to keep it, but it runs small, so I have to send it back for a medium. I called the company to ask questions about the return process. The customer service rep I reached spoke to me in a very condescending tone, which I am not accustomed to getting from customer service personnel. I will not order from this company again, and based on the compilation of reviews here, I think their future looks bleak.

Also, this company sends me way too many advertisement emails since I ordered from them, maybe as many as one per day. If they would focus on customer service, they could maintain their customers, not by bombarding them with email.

Poor Customer Service

"I ordered from this company for Christmas and knew my item was backordered, but never found out a shipping date. (If I knew it would be coming after Christmas, I never would have ordered it). I couldn't find a shipping date on their website and found a "longer than expected wait time" when I called. After Christmas I received an email informing me my item would have "priority" since it was still backordered. I sent an email cancelling the item, but never heard from them. 2 days after I sent the email I found the amount deducted from my bank. When I called, they told me the item was already in the warehouse when I sent the email and it was too late to cancel. I informed them I was very upset with their company and would not order from them again. At no time, did they offer me a consolation (money off my next order, free shipping, etc.) to order from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!"

Terrible service

"I ordered something and never got anything for a couple of weeks about the item being shipped or anything and decided to check the order status. That's when I saw that it had been "backordered". Well, it was supposed to be a Christmas present for someone. At that point even if it did come in and ship it wouldn't be here on time so I emailed them and asked them to cancel the order and give me a refund. I got an automated email saying that someone would contact me in 48 hours. Eight days later, still no word. Do NOT order from this company. Seems to me to be nothing but a scam to steal your money."

Do not order from this company

"I placed an order and paid extra for fast shopping. The main reason I ordered from back in the saddle was that they claimed I would receive free shopping and 10 percent off first order if I joined tb for VIP club.
First off, my order sat in warehouse for days. I contacted them via email and received automated response that I would be contacted by a representative in 48 hours. I never heard from pantone. Their offer of any rebate is a joke as they make it impossible to redeem offer. I even called and spoke with someone in person and was given run around. I cancelled my order and I definitely would never order from this place again!

"I ordered a hoodie on the 10th. The order went thru and said I would receive an email confirming shipment. Email never came. Checked the order status online and it says “cancelled”. Emailed customer service - no response. Called 24/7 customer service multiple times before someone finally answered. She said item is out of stock I’m all sizes. "

They sell products they don't have!!!

"Ordered a necklace for my daughter on December 5 for Christmas, found out it it was on backorder after receiving two other clothing items I place on order at the same time. so I called on December 20 to check the status because unable to track it online. The necklace is still backorder until MARCH!! How dare they sell a product that you can't get for 4 months!! They should at the very least mention that while ordering which they did NOT, AND they wanted to add me to some kind of scam deal to get "free shipping" Give me a break. Shop somewhere else!!"

I don't think anyone there really cares

"I'm a previous customer, that will be no more. Ordered T-shirt on 11/17, for horse assoc. party on 12/16. Website tracking showed it going to wrong post office and them back to Mass and not getting to me on time. Emails never returned. Got customer service on the line 12/13 and apologized and would overnight it at their expense and I to have it by 12/15 the latest. Checked on it 12/14 and never shipped. Card I used to order in Nov. was compromised and issued a new #. No one contacted me to let me know that the # didn't go through. So shirt won't go out until today and their contract with FedEx has no Sat. delivery, so will not have for gift, after originally ordering a month earlier. Asked for an exception and they said there was no way to accommodate. Could have rode a horse to Mass., picked up shirt and been back over a week ago.:("

Will never buy from them again

"Ordered a gift for a friend's birthday and one for Christmas. They said a conformation email would be sent when my items shipped. A week later I had heard nothing, no conformation whatsoever. Went to website...where's my order...it said one item was backordered. They should have contacted me to let me know that. I sent an email to customer service to see when it would be in stock. They never responded. I went to my friend's birthday empty handed. I have still never received either item. Sent another email to customer service and waiting to see if they even bother to respond. I will never order from this company again, and I will not recommend them to anyone."

"In November I ordered gifts for a barn Christmas party in December. After three weeks I still had not received the gifts and tried to contact customer service to no avail. I sent an email and never received a response from my email. I finally was able to talk with someone December 11, 2017 and they blamed me for not receiving an email from them. Will Never order from them again."

Exceptionally poor customer service

"Ordered 2 gift certificates on 11/26. Took them 2 days to supposedly put it in the mail ("drop shipped" with a 2nd party) and when it was not received after 8 days (10 total) I was told it would take up to 2 weeks for the post office to deliver it. It doesn't take the post office 2 weeks to deliver a letter from Massachusetts. When I questioned them blaming the post office for such abnormally long delays in delivering a stamped envelope I was told by a very curt supervisor that this was "standard practice in their industry" (catalog warehouse) NOT TRUE as I order plenty of things from catalogs including their parent company Potpourri and even packages don't take 2 weeks and most companies will at least try to work with you if problems develop. Yet she refused to acknowledge their need for making any adjustments. She refused to even look into the issues until after the 2 weeks had passed. No tracking numbers issued and if the certificates were stolen and they can prove use, there is no recourse for me to recover any of my $127.00. I wish now I had read all these reviews before using them."
