"This is a SCAM WEBSITE. I bought a phone, I paid with Paypal and what is my surprise when I realize that I have been charged more money than I expected to the debit card I had registered with my Paypal account. My invoice it's showing an amount in Great British Pounds and a higher one in USA Dollars, so I try to claim the extra charge back to the costumer service thinking that it is a mistake with the currency exchange; I got no answer. I start getting annoyed so I try to cancel the item the next day; there was no answer again. I open a dispute on Paypal, the shipper answered the same day they delivered the parcel saying that it was too late for a cancellation already (what a coincidence). Paypal didn't see anything wrong with the transaction, even though they had the invoice showing clearly that something wrong was going on, so they simply refused my claim. Days after Antelife customer service replies to my email, but too late, so I send them an angry email and this is their reply: "Ok, you refuse the parcel and we'll give you a refund", so I did it. The parcel arrives to UK and DHL claims to me an extra £15 for duty and VAT that weren't mention at all on the seller's website (funny after the extra charges I paid, apparently for posting and packaging they said to Paypal). The parcel has been one month on hold at DHL after I refused it, waiting for the shipper's authorization to send it back to China, but they never replied to DHL. Now DHL has decided to destroy the item without letting me know and I have no rights to claim anything as I refused the parcel, so I basically I lost my rights and I LOST MY MONEY and Antelife can happily keep ripping off people as none will do anything about it. Paypal or DHL won't get involved because it's not their business. Believe me when I say that it is better to buy on Amazon, the same phone is much cheaper, with no extra hidden costs and if anything goes wrong it is covered by Amazon. Antelife hide extra costs trying to make their products look cheaper, but they are not. If you've got an issue with the item or with them forget about getting it sorted and forget about getting your money back, they are simply SCAMMERS!

"My first order has been made on 14th December 2014, In my account on Antelife.com is still status Processing, but someone from customers service team told me (12/26/14) that was cancelled and I have to order it one more time. Money still haven´t arrived!
My new order from 12/26/14 is more than one week in status Complete, but without trancking nr.
Now I don´t have not only money but also goods

"WARNING - ANTELIFE SCAMMERS!!!
On 12/24/2012 I made a purchase online in the web of AnteLife (Order # 100007654) status to date is "Processing", the product? does not have delivered me, I have written to their different email accounts and do not respond any communication.
I bought through Paypal, and I have absolutely nothing refunded.
if what I say is false... why Antelife not show the number of transaction in which has returned me my money?

"The worst experience I ever had. I ordered a Phone from antelife.com on 1st June.They did not ship it until I asked them on 8th June by opening case through PayPal.They immediately changed shipping status as Completed after that.They told me they will ship my order on that day.But I did not get any shipping information after 2 days.They were lying me.Thanks to Paypal, I got my refund. Never buy from them again. Beware from this fraud Chinese online shop !!!!!"

"Had ordered an UMI Cross with NFC from Antelife. Phone received without NFC. Request for an exchange with correct model and for 3rd attempt, then antelife sent the correct model of the phone I had ordered. This whole process took about total 3 months. But I would like to praise Caroline of Antelife for providing a professional customer service in order for me to get the correct model of phone I had ordered. Would consider to purchase from Antelife again for future smartphone."

"I recently ordered a Umi X1s from Antelife and to be honest I was a little hesitant when placing the order. I had read mixed reviews regarding antelife and decided to give it a try, seeing that GizChina spoke so highly of them.

I paid extra for shipping with DHL and it arrived within the expected time frame. I think most people skimped on shipping and chose the free option, which clearly states a long time frame. The postage cost was reasonable, around $25 dollars and said it'd be within 4 to 7 working days. The phone arrived on the sixth business day, and was reasonably well packed.

At first I was worried because I couldn't get the tracking number to work (you have to use a link they send you regarding the shipper's reference, rather than just using the DHL site) so I emailed customer service. They replied within 3 days and were very helpful. They made sure I was able to track my package properly.

I am exceedingly pleased with my phone (Umi X1s) and would recommend both the phone and antelife to anyone. The price was great, and I can definitely see myself ordering from them again in the future.

If you're worried, pay with paypal and don't skimp on postage!

"Unfortunately i have made 40 orders the last few months for those scams.I had problem with almost half of them.In 6 of them i claim on paypal and took full or partial refund.I have make 3 more claims and i wait paypal to deside and with 7 cases i had problem with product but i found out after paypal's claim period had finish so it was profitless to mail them since there is no after sale servises,their live chat is never "live" and they respond only in paypal's claims.As you can understand i am a reseller so i make many many orders.For this order i sell the phone 1 month after i receive it (plus one month since i order it is more than the 45 days paypal cover your ass) and my customer return it the next day telling me that when he call he hears nothing.So i took phone back to see what was the problem and i found out that there was missing screws from phone.In many listings antelife has remarkable prices and i found out why:products in extreme offers that antelife sell are defective ones which returned back,repaired by factory and antelife sell them again as NEW.For exable i purchase from them 5 Feiteng H9500+ for 65 euro,THL W8 for 95 euro,FAEA F2 for 110 euro,Zopo ZP980 2GB/32GB for 110 euro,THL W7S for 98 euro and more phones at half price.Good prices but cost me customer since i am a lockal seller in a small town and people was not happy even if i returned their money back.Also do not believe their describtion in their listings since they are inaccurate.Never again from them because buying fron them is a lottery and after sale does not excist."

"This is a scam website. I saw their ads. on www.gizchina.com, they have a very attractive mobile phone THL w200s with $11 discount. I carefully checked it was in stock. Then I placed my order on March 5, 2014. On their website, they claim they will ship out most of their order in 24 hours. Since this is my first purchase with them. I posted a message on their facebook page. They replied intermediately. I felt much safe at that time. But my status kept in processing for three days without change. So I felt a little nervous. emailed them on march 8, 2014. They emailed back to make sure the phone was in stock and ready to ship anytime in the following two days. To be safe, I also chatted with their online customer service. Caroline assure me it was in deed in stock and ready to ship. On March 11, 2014. I still did not get tracking number or any shipping information. So I posted three messages on their facebook page, but they did not answer any of them. I have to go to paypal to file formal disbute. Then my online order status intermediately change to "complete". And show refund in process. Now I know what it means. They never have this phone in stock! They just try to cheat on people keep them believe they have all kind of phones. Actually they are not. Under the paypal pressure, they refunded my on March 12.
Be careful when you buy from this seller! Run away! Otherwise they will keep you money and at their mercy to send you a phone.

"I have received defective device, and Antelife ignore me.
Avoid thid seller!

Dear,
1. At first I want to repeat my problem:

I'm having this constant buzzing sound in background every time I make a call using gsm. When I make a cell phone call the person on the other end always hears this annoying buzzing sound. I also can hear this sound.
Sound is very loud AND I CANNOT USE THE PHONE. Sound appeared during the first day of using
2. What have I done?
I have receive phone at January 15 th (see RQ221048185SG on http://ips.posta.hr/). Next day I sent first e-mail.
Customer service told me to sent video record.
In very same moment I replied and told them that video record cannot shows the problem. Ask them to call me. But next day on android market I found tool for voice record.
I have recorded conversation and sent conversation to you.
Until yesterday nobody replied to my e-mail.
Yesterday I have received e-mail. In that e-mail customer service wrote me: "the video you send cannot see anything. Is it correct? Could you explain something or send it again? Thanks."

I was surprised. Several times I told you that is not video but voice record. I have impression that nobody read my mails.
After that I send e-mail again with same explanation – but nobody replied to me!

3. What to do?
I am really disappointed. I have several orders from Antelife and everything was fine until this time. I paid for something what I cannot use for basic purpose: voice communication.
Unfortunately I have received defective phone. I have used them for a day.(see tracking number)

I will send defective phone back to you, and I expect refund. On the record I sent you can clearly hear sound.

Please respond me! I don’t want to open issue on paypall page.

"Antelife´s warranty: 3 working days!
A partir del cuarto, que sepáis que lo has de mandar a China a reparar, y hacerte cargo de los gastos de envío de ida y vuelta, y ahora viene lo mejor (sic) DEL GASTO DE LA REPARACIÓN.
No me lo invento. Compré el móvil el 24 de agosto y puse la reclamación por mail antes de navidades. Es un THL w100 y no le funciona la parte de arriba y de abajo de la pantalla como podéis ver en este vídeo

Pues bien, tras contactar con ellos repetidas veces y por varios medios, me contestan de ****@**** lo siguiente, para que veais que según ellos a partir de los 3 días, la garantía se la pasan por el forro:

En resumen y por si no entendéis, inglés, que si quieres que te lo reparen, que te hagas cargo de todo. ¿Donde está el año de garantía que te dan en China? ¿Creen que voy a pagar 30€ de gastos de envío ida y vuelta, más una reparación por un móvil que me costó 110€? En ningún caso. Por eso denuncio en este foro la política de garantías de esa tienda, para que nadie más caiga en su trampa.
