"For my wife i bought a umi zero a year ago.
Phone had severe problems with reboots and after a couple of months the battery got defect. I did get a replacement battery.
But that did not solve the reboots. Next the phone broke down.
I got no service and they wanted me to buy a new battery.
I have send many mails claiming service and guarantee but Antelife did not give any service nor guarantee.
They suck big time!
Do not buy anything if you ever need service."

But, after a couple of months my Phone doesn´t receive any sound from microphone, I can hear people but they can´t hear me.
I send a video, as requested, and the phone went back to china on 25-08-2015.
On 31 Octobre, 3 months passed, several emails, and they ask me for the phone password.
The phone has no password, but te issue is that they haven´t done anything with phone, otherwise they will now that. Are just delaying.

"I ordered a Ubro M1 smartphone from Antelife on Oct 21, 2015. On Oct 27 I sent them an email asking if they had shipped it yet, as I had not received an email advising they had. They later replied they would soon be shipping it. Six days is not really good enough. Then they sent another email advising the black one I ordered was not in stock and would I like a white one. I replied immediately that I did not want a white one and suggested they either immediately send a similar phone (I made a suggestion), or they refund the money to my Paypal account. They did not respond. I sent six more emails over the next day asking for a refund. By that time I did not want to order another phone from them given their poor customer service. I did not receive a response. Finally I opened a claim through Paypal. Antelife then responded again asking me if I want a white one. I again said no. A day later I received an email from Antelife. They were now responding to my email of a few days before in which I suggested a replacement. They said they would ship this phone in place of the Ubro. I immediately replied I did not want a phone from them and to refund my money as per my emails and Paypal claim. I have not received any further communication from them. They are pathetic. They take 6 days to say they don't have my item in stock, then can't refund my money. When I ordered the phone I paid immediately. I should expect the same in return."

"I bought an Umi Iron from Antelife.com, which came with a defective SD card slot. This is a problem many users have reported on Umi official forums, so resellers are aware.

I sent an email to Antelife.com describing the problem, even including a link to Umi forums, and requesting a replacement phone. Their feedback was painfully slow, no more than one email every 24H, and always asking elementary questions with the excuse that they were troubleshooting an already confirmed issue.

They asked lots of things which I had done before getting in touch with them and described in the first email: factory reset, trying different SD cards, updating the ROM... They even asked me twice for a video, which I sent them via WeTransfer and they never got to download and watch.

With every new email I received I was clearer that they were slowing things down on purpose. And after 7 days, they just told me that they were sorry, but the replacement period had expired. Just like that.

I'm very disappointed with them: not only they washed their hands of this issue, but they also provided poor feedback making me feel stupid and powerless through all the process.

"I bought over Delere Antelife.com smartphone Blackview Arrow v9 and after a few minutes of work noticed that heats the upper part of the phone, even the overheated and blew out, so I asked for help in dealing with them and to ask the manufacturer about the problem, that they are quite humorous answer to my problem, and to this day still did nothing, and even report it.

As for payment, purchase, delivery everything went well without difficulty and that is commendable.
