"I have been waiting for 2 months for my coffee maker. Every day they lie to me and tell it is shipping tomorrow, it is shipping Thursday, oops, we will send you tracking number in a couple days. It don't think they are a total scam but I can not believe how bad their service is. Don't gamble ordering from this guy. I just hope I can get my money back is less than 2 months. Horrible."
"I found just enough negative reviews of this site to be cautious, but thought that I would give it a try. Turned out I was right to be cautious, but wrong to give it a try. Some six weeks later I have no product and am waiting for a refund on my credit card. They were very prompt in charging my card immediately even though the espresso machine that they said was in stock was not. After a few weeks I started asking where it was and every time they had a new excuse. After a month I was told that the machines had arrived and would be shipped immediately. A few days later I checked again - oh, there weren't enough to send one to you. At that point I asked for a refund and was told it was given to me. Hasn't shown up yet online, but we'll see. As far as I can see, this is just a scam to get the float on my credit card money. Even if others actually got what they ordered, most reputable sites don't charge your card until they are ready to ship."

2) Received the unit on 2/6/2015 6 weeks later.
3) Was promised a $100 refund because it was taking so long, never received it.
4) Never received the balance of the order (the rest of the package including coffee, book, etc..)
5) Never received response to requests regarding getting the refund....they went silent."
