When I found it on Merchantila (Zoostores), I purchased it quickly without thinking about it, although I'd never ordered from them before. I got a message saying I would receive an email. When I didn't get that email, I researched the company and found all these negative reviews. My heart sank. I thought I'd been ripped off for sure. But when I requested an order number, I got it promptly and foubd that my item had already shipped and I could track it on FedEx's website. My package arrived in great condition, on time, with good service. I am pleased with the product and my experience. "I have purchased a lot of stuff on the internet and never had a problem until now. Most companies ship within 48 hours. Beware of Zoo Stores. A great price may not always be your best deal. On 11/28/12 I ordered a 5pc dining set (in stock)to be a Christmas present for my daughter. As of today 12/07/12 it has not shipped. I started researching reviews for this company and they certainly have not earned a gold star. My only hope is the item arrives in time for Christmas undamaged and as advertised.
They will then be removed from my Favorites perminately."
