"Zoostores is a fraudulent company. Check out all the negative feedback. We ordered furniture. Neer got it. Have not received a refund despite many attempts. No one answers their customer service line. I have called day and night for several weeks. We finally put in a dispute claim with our credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. "

"Only received 1 of 2 packages. Unable to assemble trampoline. Have been trying to get response from Zoostores since January via phone or email and have not received a response. It is now the middle of April. I have been taken for over $300 and have no product! After reading other reviews of people who have had the same experience it's time to contact the Better Business Bureau."

"I have never written a review before but I definitely believe people should be warned about this "company." They most definitely will rip you off. I was promised a bunk bed for my son within 5-8 days from the date of purchase. It's been over 30 and no contact. No bed. No money. I've already disputed the charge with my credit card. Have also sent MANY tickets complaining and have yet to speak to an actual person. For the complaints, they have a drop down list of what you're calling about...so as to know what AUTOMATIC response to send you. Because they already know you'll be doing one of the following, calling to complain about damage/missing parts. Calling to say they sent the wrong item. Calling to complain about order not being shipped. Calling to get a refund. And calling to see what's taking so long on your refund. I'd say, not a good sign. I will however take a very important lesson away from all of this...RESEARCH COMPANIES BEFORE MAKING ON-LINE SALES!!! This company is b.s. Don't believe the "good deals." Sometimes, most times, if something sounds too good to be true...it probably is! "

"This is the worst experience I ever had buying furniture. Ordere table on October 3, 2012. They promissed to ship it in December. I've got a good price for it, so I decided to wait. By the end of december the table was not still shipped so i tried to contact them. I talked several times to the customer service and they promissed to escalate the case. yet, by the end of January nobody responded and the table had not been shipped yet. After filing a complaint with BBB they replied within 2 days that they shipped it. After 3 more weeks (February already) I still did not receive the table and called them. Once again they promissed to escalate the case. But within next three weeks I haven't heard anything from them. In March i called the company that ships for them, and they told me that Zoostores actually shipped just the half of the shipment and they are waiting for them to ship another half. So once again I had to reopen the case with BBB. In the middle of March they sent me an email stating that the rest of the table will be available for shipping in June(!!!) and asked me if I would like the first party to be delivered. What? Really? What a great customer service. Sure! Why don't you deliver the base of the table without the top. It would definately help me! Even after asking for refund I had to wait for almost 3 weeks to get my money back! Worst customer service ever! Call waiting times are over 40 minutes. There is never a manager available. they are only communicating via emails, which obviously doesn't work. Buyers, beware!"

"Zoostores provided me with the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. The customer service is horrible. Instead of receiving my product, after 3 weeks I received an email that shipping would be delayed by another 4 to 6 weeks. I immediately cancelled the order and still have not received a refund about 3 weeks later.

I highly recommend NOT using this seller.

"I had a fairly decent time with my Zoostores.com experience. They're nowhere near as low as Amazon.com, and the variety it okay. It took quite a while to ship my order, though. I'm not sure if my item wasn't in stock at the time or what. It did, however, arrive quickly once it was shipped out."

"Please be warned, Do not buy anything from this website, Zoostores. Extremely poor customer service. Placed an order on the 22nd of February. Was given a ship date of March 8th. Order never arrived. Contacted Zoostores, was told a multitude of fabricated truths. My credit card was charged within minutes of placing the order, most reputable retailers charge your credit card once the order has shipped. I tried to cancel my order and spoke to Travis, program manager and requested my order be cancelled immediatley and was told that's not going to happen. I wish I would have done my homework prior to this purchase, the couple of bucks I would have saved was not worth the frustration and aggravation. Please beware. This company has 375 complaints filed with the BBB."

"Zoo stores.com and Mercantilla stores have poor customer service from beginning to end. They do not inform customer and/or update order information. They do not follow up to see how or if order processed. They do charge you prior to sending item. They do not respond to customer concerns or questions. I do not recommend such an experience."

"Ordered a bed from this company. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but only part of the bed was delivered. That was 3 weeks ago and I still don't have all of my bed. I have 11 tickets open with "customer support". I've been calling everyday to try and find out where the rest of my bed is. This is extremely annoying. I've had to wait up to 30 min to get a human on the phone. One time I hung up after waiting for over an hour (speaker phone) without anyone picking up.
When I can get someone on the phone they keep telling me somone will call me within 24 hrs. Again, it's been over 3 weeks and that call has yet to be made.

I finally contacted the manufacturer directly and in less than 12 hours, the issue has been resolved.

Still haven't received that phone call from Zoo Stores that was supposed to come within 24 hrs. They have my money, so I guess
the fact that I only got part of what I ordered isn't much of a concern for them.

My strong advice: Buy your stuff somewhere else.

"Worst website to buy stuff from. They lie about everything right from the price match guaranty to the delivery. Product deliver to me was totally damaged on one side. They offered 35% refund on the product cost to me to have it fixed locally? WHY? I did not pay to receive the damaged good. I want product I paid for OR the full refund. Still dealing with them...they better get it sorted or else I am going to complain in BBB."

"Myself, like many others on this board, wish that I would have reviewed this company. They lied about the date of delivery by almost 3 weeks, they sent the wrong kind of chairs but with all of the other hassels we decided we could live with them but the most frustration is they did no send one of the bases of the chairs. It has been over 5 weeks and still nothing after numerous calls...this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and will NEVER do business with them again and I recommend you don't either. At this point, I have made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau so hopefully I can get some resolve and more importantly the base for my chair."

"Zoostores has terrible customer service. They sent me the wrong product after I called them to correct a wrong order. Then, they insisted I pay for shipping both ways in order to return the wrong product.

Also, a second, separate order arrive damaged. I spoke with the company but, after two weeks, they haven't responded.

"The case arrived super fast.  The price was great.  Especially with free shipping. Very satisfied with this purchase and I will return to Zoostores for future purchases.  I haven't gotten the chance to use the bicycle case yet, but looks to be very handy and installed very easily."
