"I had a good experience at ZooScape. When I had questions about my transaction, the customer service replied to me by email the same day. By the end of the day, their email suggestions actually saved me some money.

A company like ZooScape that would give up money to make sure a customer is happy is a great company.

"I HATE doing this, placing a complaint online but have been pushed to the limit by now.
Boy O Boy..wish I had seen all the many complaints online of Zooscape before I ordered my herb. Yikes! I usually check out a store before buying but I think I was so glad to find the herb there of which I couldn't find elsewhere. (now have found reputable company, Kroeger, that carries it)The complaints I read, and there were many, all sound like the same problems I am having with that company. I have tried to be patient with them, kind and understanding but had this feeling I was being duped. I think they were stalling for time..I was told of emails they sent me of the order delay of which I NEVER got.
I ordered on November 10th..still have not gotten order. I called after waiting two weeks. When I did I was told I had been sent emails informing me the item was not at their store, and that they were waiting for it to come in, then they would send it. NEVER got such emails! Then was told that they were expecting it that week for sure and would send in two day delivery...lol! Okay..so here it is another week has gone by and still have not gotten my order. I call today (three weeks later from order date), and am told it is on its way (and of an email sent to me on the 22nd which I NEVER got)! I asked for a refund and was told to ship back when I get it and I would get my refund. But honestly? Do I dare? IF I even get it in the first place??!

ZOOSCAPE, please take note:

Number one: Is it on it's way or is this another lie?
Number Two: IF I get this item (whenever I get it), and send it back, will I get a credit? After all that has happened I do not trust I will.

We shall see for seeing is believing with Zooscape, and even then that's doubtful too.

ZOOSCAPE, I hope you prove me wrong.

"I have contacted this company twice by email and have not heard back. I hope they will soon respond so I can receive my order so I can finish a job that I need these stiff bristled brushes for in doing paint detail work. I will come back later and update my review. "My experience reflects the host of other bad experiences in these reviews. I ordered two items on August 31st, one is shown as "in stock" and the second is shown as "to be shipped". Gee what a surprise. I've sent e-mails to customer service asking about the status of my order - no reply a week later. I've called and gotten their voicemail. I'm not screwing around with you people. I called their 24 hour customer service number and got a voicemail. I told them I was filing a complaint with the NY Attorney General if I didn't get a reply.
---Today (9-28) Gina called me to tell me that my item is in stock and will be shipped tomorrow. For my inconvenience she is dropping the shipping charges. We shall see.
---Today (10-1) I received an e-mail notifying me that my order has shipped.
---Today (10-5) I received another e-mail notifying me that my order has shipped. Of course, to date I haven't received anything.
---Today (10-6) I received another e-mail notifying me that my order has shipped. Nothing received as of yet.
---HOORAY! Today (10-7) I received my order! 38 days to receive my order although they did refund my $6.77 shipping fee on Sep 28. The products are attractively packaged. To be honest I never thought that I was going to see this order. Zooscape really needs to improve it's customer service. It's a shame they are the only sellers of Terra Vita products. Will I order from them again? No. This was too aggravating.
Today (10/28/10) both Gina and Allen from Order Fulfillment e-mailed me and asked me if everything was ok with my order.

"I ordered on June 9. After several phone calls and e-mails, I still have not received my product. I just checked (Sept. 6) the status of my order and it says I received a refund on July 9. I have NOT received a refund. Now, I'm still complaining to the company and they have not fixed the problem. Do NOT buy from this company."

"I Am a salon owner and I ordered 5 male mannequin heads from zooscape on May 7th. I checked the website and it said my order would ship within 7 to 12 business days. I waited 14 business days before I called and left a message. A week later I got an e-mail asking how I was liking my purchase. I then called since our cutting class had come and gone, with no mannequin heads. I was told our order was backordered. I found it interesting that no one from the company would bother telling me this at time of purchase. I was told I could receive a 50% refund now because half of my order had shipped, and the other 50% when I returned the half that shipped. Well here it is almost 3 months since my first order, 10 e-mails, tons of time wasted in limbo when I call(and never speak to a live person). They have never given me my refund. They have never informed me how to return the other half of my order. I'm thinking about involving my attorney. I am not a difficult person, I have never written a bad review EVER. I am too busy to care that much. I have never been given more of a run around or been ignored as much as I have from this company! I will get my refund even if I spend more in legal fees doing it. Just to prove a point! Never purchase anything from this company!"

"I am so mad at this seller! On the advice of my PCP, I ordered some tincture of blessed thistle, in order to increase my milk production (I am breastfeeding). I placed the order on June 28, 2010 and paid extra to expedite the shipment. As nothing was coming in the mail, I emailed these people on July 3rd, 2010, for a status. No answer. I called them the next day, lef a vmail, no reaction. I called again two days later and spoke to a woman, who gave me some vague excuse, told me that my product was now ready to ship (hellooooo!) and that she would give me a complimentary fast shipment. Today is July 8th and still nothing. My milk supply is depleting by the day. I am now calling my credit card company to dispute the payment and put this lame shopping experience behind me. Whomever spends all this time answering all the complains about ZooScape on this website: don't bother answer, I could care less about what you have to say. My baby and I are suffering because of you, so just adopt a low profile and leave us alone. And instead of spending so much time on the internet trying to fix your abominable business image, how about you start to WORK AND SERVICE YOUR CLIENTS?"

"Kicking myself for not researching and finding this site before ordering from Zooscape. Ordered on March 20 and product didn't ship for over 3 1/2 weeks; only after I enquired a second time about shipping.
Item "Glucosamine and MSM Gel arrived as a dark watery substance (not gel). Enquiry with Zooscape indicated that MFG says this is normal and Zooscape gave us MFG phone number.
My conclusion from my experience and others is that zooscape is basically an "internet front" and most goods are not in stock and MFGs that they use are not thoroughly researched as to product quality.

"I purchased 4 products through Zooscape on January 16, 2010. Over 4 weeks goes by without any notification that 3 of the products are not in stock or that the one item in stock is being shipped to me earlier.

After a round of phone calls and emails which I had to initiate and follow-up on, I am finally submitting this review and a billing dispute to my credit card company to resolve the refund.

The second woman in customer service who I spoke to (because the first one never followed up with an email as she promised she would) said she would issue me a full refund. However, she has not sent me any confirmation of when that will be nor have I seen the amount credited to my card yet. This was over a week ago.

Overall, terrible service. I will never order from this company again. And I hope this review helps others do the same.

"I ordered a product October 19 for $328.44. Zooscape double billed me for the same item. I called October 21 and they gave me the credit owed.
November 16 I called to cancel the order since it had not shipped and they did not know when I would receive the order. Zooscape agreed to a refund which I have in writing. I was told the refund would take 7-10 business days. After a month I called many times. They promise the refund and it never occurs. I entered a dispute with Visa and I lost because Zooscape lied and said I had received a credit. Oh of course they seem to forget about the double billing. I will try calling again or take them to small claims court in Ontario. It's unfortunate since I have had many orders filled with Zooscape with success, and now they give me horrible service. I don't get it?

February 13. Follow up with Zooscape. They have processed the credit card refund. I don't understand why something so simple took so long. After contacting Zooscape and begging for my credit it was done in an hour. I think it had more to do with the bad reseller rating and threatened legal action. Why they would drag this out over several months is something I will never understand.

"POOR business acumen! I placed an order for two items on NOVEMBER 4, 2009. I called to inquire around the status of the order on NOVEMBER 24TH as I never received any status about the order. I was told that the item would ship in a few days. The same day I received an email indicating that one of the items shipped NOVEMBER 24TH and that the other item was on backorder. (obviously an error) I received an identical email on NOVEMBER 27TH indicating that the same item shipped on NOVEMBER 27th and that the other item was on backorder. I received the partial shipment shortly thereafter. I had to call them again on DECEMBER 4th to inquire about the backordered item. I was told that the item would be in the following week. I told the representative that I wanted to cancel the remainder of the order and get a refund for the item that they did not have in stock. The representative offered two for the price of one if I did not cancel the order. I agreed.

On December 21st I received this email:

Dear joy,

On November 27, 2009, we shipped you your ZooScape.com order #1082815.

I am writing you today because I want to make sure that everything is OK with your order. I really hope that we got everything perfect with your order - we're not satisfied until _you're_ satisfied!

If you have any concerns or questions, please email us or call us right away so we can sort everything out. You can telephone us toll-free at 1-***-***-**** (International ***-***-****).

I really hope that we have the honor of serving you again in the near future!

To this minute: NO WORD FROM ZOOSCAPE! Really, they need to give me a refund and go out of business.

I received the "complimentary" items today 1/20/2010, however I have no record of the refund that they promised in their response:

"Please note that we have already gone ahead and credited you for the backordered item and will re-ship two complimentary units to your address. "

What day was this credit supposedly performed and what is the reference number?
