"I have used this service for several years. The only problem I had was switching from Vista to Win 7 Professional. The support rep did not know how to use their (Zinio) product to set it up for portrait display, nor how to download previous purchases. Up to that time I had not had issues with purchases being delivered. Not so with my last order. It showed my bank did not process the order. I checked with my bank, there had been no order request from Zinio. I called support. Instead of clearing it up, taking my order and insuring that it was complete told me that I would have to clear my account and resubmit the order. I did this and when it came to submit order I did it through Pay Pal. Pay Pal acknowledged the order, my bank acknowledge the order. Zinio did not. I e-mailed their support. Again I received a generic reply that I (not Zinio) should check my account. It appears that Zinio has lost accountability of their own sales and distribution process."

"These guys have great products, I like it's format, and app on iPad. But their customer service is horrible. I made an in-app purchase for a magazine subscription. But the app told me the process is failed (even though it was not), so I went on Zinio's website and make the subscription. A week later, I found out that my credit card has been billed twice. One from Apple, and one from Zinio for the same magazine. I wrote to Zinio and ask them to refund one of those charges, since I am being charged twice. Four days later, I got an email reply stated all sales are final, and no refund can be made. Furthermore, the lady suggested I should be more careful next time if I don't want to get charged twice."
