"I am waiting on refund of $154.70 for 3 orders I placed on 11/5, 11/17 & 11/20. Their website states they will refund due US Customs seizure in December. I learned from US Customs agent that they had been warned on multiple occasions that as of December, ATF & US Customs will seize all shipments. With full knowledge of this, Yessmokes sent emails to customers in November stating special low prices so they could get as much money for orders as possible before US shipping was shut down. After the first seizure they dropped prices again and advertised USPS Priority mail for free from Switzerland with 2-3 day shipping to try to get even more money. We all know you can't ship USPS from another country. They took the money and ran."

"I have shopped with yesmokes for about a year and only had one late shippment and no other problems. Then I placed my order on November 5th 2004 and still have not received it as of December 7th. They ask me to be patient. Thats easy for them to say after paying them I have to go buy more cigarettes because we have run out. No refund no cigaretts. I will never buy from them again."

"I HAVE GIVEN AN ORDER NUMBER INSTEAD OF INVOICE # AS YESMOKE.CH FORMALLY YESMOKE.COM DOES NOT GIVE INVOICE NUMBERS. I HAD PURCHASED FROM YESMOKE.COM FOR SEVERAL YEARS WITH OUT A PROBLEM. WHEN IT WENT TO YESMOKE.CH DELIVERIES WERE SLOWER BUT ARRIVED. I PLACED MONTHLY ORDERS. IN OCTOBER I PLACED A SMALL ORDER BY NOV.15TH HAD NOT ARRIVED AND PLACED BACK UP ORDER. TO THIS DATE NEITHER HAS ARRIVED. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL E-MAILS TO THE COMPANY AND THEY RESPONDED TO ONLY ONE SAYING GIVE IT A LITTLE MORE TIME. I HAVE CONTACTED MY BANK TO REVERSE CHARGES FOR NON DELIVERY AND WILL NO LONGER PURCHASE FROM THEM"

"I have always had good luck with yesmoke. I have been ordering from them for years now. The cartons come in good shape, and the quality is as good as anything you can buy in the US. Plus, saving $20 a carton helps my budget. Since I get about a carton a week, I save over $1,000 a year.

"ordered 4 cartons with priority shipping on 6/4/04. i was charged on 6/6/04, and the order was supposed to ship on 6/8/04. according to the order edit/status page, it was sent. well, its now 7/17/04 and the order is MIA, and yesmoke won't return any of my emails. sucks. i feel ripped off AND im paying high prices for cigarettes in the meantime. apparently lots of peoples orders from june were not sent. anyone heard anything back from them? up until this happened i was very very satisfied."

"I've been ordering from these guys for a couple years now. Ordering 4-6 cartons a month regularly.... until my last order placed on 6/22/04.

Normally my orders start arriving in 7-9 days, Still reasonable regarding west coast. But i'm at a loss for my last order.

"I have ordered from yesmoke for all most a year. I placed an order on 01/08/2004 never got it said they would send replacment around 02/15/2004. So like a fool I placed another order then well after a lot of emails I still haven't got anything and it is now 03/08/2004 I feel that they have ripped me off. They were good to buy from now all they do is RIP you off and not stand behind there word."

"I saw this company on the net and decided to try them. I am very outraged at my entire experience with this company. I ordered 5 cartons of cigarettes from then and only received 1 carton. The cigarettes tasted stale like they were two years old, the package was damaged. I tried contacting them 20 diffferent times and finaly received a response on the last one. They said they would refund my money, that was three weeks ago. I still have not received anything. Beware of this company. They will rip you off just to take your money."

"ordered from this company for a while approx. 6 months, got the wrong cigarettes which they replaced, but i ordered a carton that got lost in the mail and all they told me was to keep waiting, after 35 days had to have them charged back by my credit card to which they replied that they would ban me from purchasing from them again, like i would be that stupid. other sites may not be as cheap, but why go through the aggravation of dealing with in my opinion yesmoke`s lousy customer service. it has been 45 days and still haven`t received my order"
