"Laptop screen with really poor packaging = arrived broken. They requested all kinds of pictures & even claimed not to see the damage. Until I circled it on the picture. Refused to reimburse return shipping despite the obvious packing problem - laptop in oversized box with 1 sheet of brown wrapping paper to protect it. Did the chargeback thing since I refused to pay to return it. Ironically, the credit card had me return it since the merchant contested the chargeback as not having received the return. And then Yallstore actually refused the package. Got my money back anyway. Noticed screen screw holes didn't fit with my laptop body so it was probably a cheap knockoff but didn't matter since it was busted. Also, on at least one other review site, one of the reviewer user names was another name for this company (i.e. they gave themselves a glowingly positive review). So, beware the positives on this, or any, site."

"Absolutely disgusting experience. I have dealt with this company three times under different names. First, with "Screenaid" through eBay. They sent an incompatible part, exchanging it with one that was cracked. At this point they refused contact and I had to go through my credit card company for a refund as the experience took over 90 days.

Meanwhile, I ordered another screen, this time from "eSellers". You can only imagine my surprise when I saw "Yall Inc" on my Paypal statement. The screen did not even remotely match the item I ordered. I acted quickly this time and got a refund. The process still took over a month.

Finally, I placed an order, again through eBay, with "laptopz-outlet" / "Laptopz.com" for a AC Adapter. Saw the Paypal statement and I was furious. Sure enough, wrong item received. Over a week to get a return label issued. This company can't do anything right, it seems. It is bordering on a scam.

Throughout, broken English and rude dialog were par for the course. Contact was slow and I spoke to at least ten different people. Their strategy seems to be to stall as long as possible, forcing you past the Ebay dispute and feedback cutoffs, only to mock or ignore you afterward. I have full chat and email logs if interested. Avoid this company, by whatever name they go, like the plague.

"Fully disgusted!!! They sent the wrong battery for Dell Inspiron 2650 Laptop. Took over a month to send correct battery. That battery died 6 months later and they won't reply to my emails for a replacement. I have a 2 year warranty. Completely unprofessional!!!"

"I was nervous because of the horrible reviews, but I had an excellent experience with yallstore. Because of the awesome price of the item I ordered I decided to pay for 2-5 day shipping and it came in 2 days after the order was placed. The product was exactly what I ordered, a replacement screen for the att tilt. Packaging was a tad bit thrown together but the screen arrived in perfect condition. Overall I would give the store a 9.9 out of 10. The only blemish being my concern over the safety of the item when I opened the box. I would definitely order from them again."

"Unlike most of the others here, I had a great experience with ScreenAid (apparently also Yallstore and Gaingame). I ordered a replacement WUXGA 15.4" screen for my Lenovo T61p on Friday the 13th (ominous date to be ordering, but I'm not superstitious). They shipped it USPS Priority and it arrived on Monday the 16th. It was well-wrapped and in unused mint condition. There was no indication of the manufacturer of the panel, but it worked perfectly. It came with a power cable extension that I didn't need, which leads me to believe it's a generic replacement WUXGA screen. Either way, it looks better than the screen I had in the laptop and worked great. I'd definitely order again. And yes, they do appear to be Chinese (though shipping from an address in Brooklyn, NY) so their English is very limited. "

"I purchased a laptop AC adapter from the screenaid.com eBay store (same as people as Yall, and Paypal payment for the item actually was in the name of Yall). I needed the item overnight, and paid $16.99 extra on shipping for USPS Express overnight delivery (They offered 3 shipping choices: Reg mail for free, Priority Mail (2-3 day) for $4.99, or Express Mail (next day) for $16.99). Their listing promised they would ship on the same day if payment was received by 3pm. I received a payment receipt confirmation email from them almost an hour ahead of the deadline they set for same day service.

They dropped the ball and did not ship the item until the next day. In trying to be fair, I only asked for a $12.00 refund as compensation for their mistake, that being the difference between Express & Priority shipping. Honestly, I would have never used Priority, and the free shipping option would have been just as good for me if I couldn't get it overnight. Actually I wouldn't have bought it at all if I had known delivery was going to be late. I could have filed a Paypal claim and forced them to either refund the full $16.99 shipping or accept a return of the item for a full refund including the $16.99 shipping. So my offer to settle for $12 was more than fair.

They agreed to the $12 partial refund by email. The next day they sent a back pedalling email saying they could refund "some", but not the full $12. They tried to blame USPS for the delay, but tracking clearly showed they were late getting it to USPS. And I advised them that Express Mail is money back guaranteed, so if they were right and the tracking was wrong, they could take their USPS receipt in for a full shipping refund that would more than cover what I asked. They continued to claim USPS was the cause of the delay. They will obviously deny any mistakes they make and I'm practically certain I would have never gotten a dime back if I hadn't had buyer protection through Paypal and good documentation.

After I told them firmly that I would not accept anything less than $12, gave them a deadline to pay it, and threatened a Paypal claim, they finally came through with the refund.

I then left an honest negative feedback on eBay and they left a response under it that I was a liar and immoral. They then offered me an additional $4.99 refund if I would revise my negative feedback and I refused. These people obviously are of low character.

I will provide copies of all emails and USPS tracking to anyone that wants to see for themselves... ****@****

The adapter was a very cheaply made China product, but that's what I was expecting, and that was never an issue.

" I'm a repair tech with a computer/electronics repair business, so we are constantly trying to find the best deals on parts for various laptops/pdas/cell phones etc.

Our first transaction with Yallstore went rather well. We ordered a laptop battery which was a steal as far as pricing. It was delivered promptly and there was nothing wrong with it.

After further reviewing their site which revealed other great deals on various other parts that I order on a general basis, I decided that this is probably going to be a common place to get parts at a great price, so in the bookmark their site went.

Well, my second and third orders with them didn't go so well. We placed two orders a day or two apart, the money was paid.. We waited for the shipment to come. Our customers waiting for the repairs would call us asking about it while we continued to wait for the shipments. We continued to wait.

Long story shortened, they somehow misplaced one of the orders, and apparently had a problem with the other because our address wasn't verified?! They took our money and just forgot about the first order? The address they gave us in the cryptic email about the second order showed our correct address, it's the same exact one that the laptop battery was sent to! Not to mention they didn't email us UNTIL we emailed them asking them what the problem was...

Trying to talk with the customer service was like solving a rubik's cube blindfolded. The emails from them required a degree in cryptology. Only after we mentioned the Better Business Bureau did they miraculously ship our orders.

I'm never doing business with them again nor would I recommend any one else to.

"Ordered an inverter for my laptop, canceled the order 5 minutes later when I found another for a better price. These crooks still shipped it out after I sent them 2 e-mails and created a customer service ticket on their website. I get it, find it's the wrong one anyway. I try to file a dispute, paypal ends it because this store's not affiliated with eBay. These guys are crooks and the seller keeps denying they sent the right one even though pics were sent!"

"Ordered Apple 15" Laptop Screen Replacement from this company. Received 1. Wrong Screen Model... 2. Poor packaging, which caused that wrong model screen crack in 4 places. 3. No PHONE support at all. 4. I had to make pictures of the item, email it to support, then I had to pack the screen back, ship it with my expence. 5. Wasted about 3 weeks of time till we got our money back. Scanned receipt of shipping expence and emailed to them. I was promised 2 times that it will be refunded. It was a lie. NO shipping expence was refunded. WE will NEVER ever order from them again. AVOID this seller!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Better pay a little extra $$ for well known sellers."

"I bought a laptop screen by part number and recieved a generic one that would not fit by computer. I emailed them and was required to send them pics of my screen, their screen, and my computer. They finally agreed to refund my money. I requested they refund the return shipping since I bought in good faith, they agreed. They said they would send a return label code so I wouldn't have to pay shipping. After emailing for a week and not getting the label code, they finally said their machine was broken and to send it and they would refund the shipping. Every time I emailed I got a reply from someone different, Myfowen, Linda, Yoyo, Angel. I sent it back at my cost $12.15. The tracking said they recieved it 5 days ago but they won't acknowledge it. They will only offer to pay $5.00 for my return shipping. I have to get Paypal involved. My recomendation would be to look elsewhere these guys are not honorable."

"Hi My Name is German. I bought some products like LCD screen for my phone and palm from Yallstore on sep 13, 2009. They send an e-mail confirmation and use a fake USPS tracking number but after 9 days theri no product and when you call they say they do not find the order.
I will take this to the latest consequences because apparently they are located inside the US.
Be careful I do not advice anybody to buy from this web site.
