"I've bought multiple laptop adapters from them and been quite happy...any that were defective I've been able to return for a replacement without any problems within the warranty period & if outside the warranty period I received store credit which I could use in purchasing another adapter from them. They also offer some of the lowest prices for power adapters that I've seen online."

"Received a deffective latptop battery fomr xtreamgadgets.com ordered through sears website. Was very set off by their return policy that was in the box with the battery, but never given to me before I paid for the item. The battery was deffective and they would not give me a refund or send me a replacement after I sent their defective battery back on my on dollar in time just as their return policy stated."

"Bought a battery from these scumballs for my notebook. They sent the wrong one. I emailed them pictures of their battery and my battery. They insist it is the right one. Had to pay return shipping for their mistake. They gave me store credit."

"Warning!Do not buy anything from this company if you really want to keep your money!This is a one-man scam operation. I ordered a Bluetooth Receiver which I never received.Tried to call several attempts to find out where it was.Finally reach him one late evening 8:30pm."must of caught him off guard".I ask him when did my blooth tooth get shipped.He said he wasn't in the office right then to check on but would E-mail me in the morning.His responce the next morning was its being shipped from Hong Kong.WTF!Thats all I get! No shipping date!no Tracking number!Its now been over 30 days.Now I get no replys or Calls back from this guy! He should be in jail!

"Ordered replacement batter for my laptop on 10/31/2011. Battery arrived with chip out of corner due to poor packaging and worse yet, it didn't take or hold a charge at all. I followed the return instructions (I had to pay for shipping), and it is now Christmas Day and I still have not received a replacement and there's no way to get in touch with them live to find out what's up. See many other bad reviews online. Seems I've been taken and SOL! Don't do business with XtreamGadgets or you'll be sorry!"

"I ordered a battery for my sons pda. They shipped the wrong one. They refunded my money, but not return shipping. Why should I be stuck paying return shipping on a mistake THEY made? I sent in the merchandise return slip. I got the refund, but they did not reimburse for return shipping. They don't offer phone support either.

I purchased through sears marketplace. While they are BBB accredited with an A-, Xtreame gadgets has an F rating. I trusted that business through sears would be good, I was wrong.

"Well, I got taken too. They sent me a battery that didn't take a charge. Then they said I had to pay the shipping to return it. Reading these reviews, I'm sure I won't get my money back.

"I ordered a replacement for A1021 which is a 65 V laptop charger. After 12 days, I received a 45V charger, which can damage my machine or battery (regardless it does not adequately charge the machine). The product on the invoice was A1021 (this is clearly not). I also never received a confirmation email, invoice, tracking number except the invoice that came with the product. I am sending it back for return but judging from what people have written here, I'm not expecting much. I will try and dispute the charge with my credit card company if I do not receive a refund."

"I ordered a replacement "Apple 60 Watt Magsafe power Adapter for notebook" and the product that arrived was NOT an Apple product. I would understand if website said that it was a power adapter compatable with Apple. You can get lower priced "non-Apple" parts elsewhere. I have emailed my concern to them since they have no phone number but have yet to hear from them. This product has misleading advertising. "

"The worst service of any company ever. If there is a competent person working there, I haven't found them yet (after almost 30 emails & replies). They do not have a service phone # & have repeatedly refused to give me a phone number.
I ordered a Mac 1185A battery Jan 4. It took 3 weeks to get here, & was defective. I fully charged it. It held a charge for 2 minutes the first time, & it was dead after that. I sent it back certified, and they signed for it Jan 28th @ 11:27 AM. They are refusing a refund because they SAY they received it Feb 9.
I then went to the Apple store & got a real battery.

"I purchased a laptop battery with a 12-month warranty (stated on their website). The battery died 11 months into the warranty. I told the company and they quickly sent me RMA info. However, once they received the dead battery they told me it wasn't under warranty.

Several emails and one BBB complaint later they finally admitted the product was under warranty but that it was no longer sold. They offered me a 10% off coupon to "honor the warranty". However, the exact battery was still for sale on their website and had been for sale throughout the 2 month long RMA process.

The company doesn't have a phone number and they've stopped responding to my emails. This defective product was covered under warranty and XtreamGadgets did not honor that warranty. They repeatedly lied to me and the BBB. Stay away!
