"I am really unhappy with the mouse I received. Although the website says it's brand new, but the MX revolution mouse they send me is used. I am in the process or returning the mouse back to them.

"After a shipping delay that the company attributes to the item being on back order, I was very excited to receive my new headset, having been without a bluetooth for about 2 weeks. But, when I opened the box, I was surprised to find a pink ziploc bag containing my supposedly new Plantronics 510. When I extracted the headset from the bag & the bubble wrap, the scuffs & scars in the finish made it immediately clear that the headset was not a new headset.

This company intentionally attempted to defraud me, and based on other reviews, they evidently have a history of fraudulent business practices. I sent an email tonight indicating that I expect a full refund including shipping. Based on other very similar reviews, I'm not hopeful that I'll suddently receive great customer service from a concerned employee, but stranger things have happened.

Folks, save yourself time, trouble & lost money ... buy from someone else, and do reviews on the vendors. There are many very ethical companies that take pride in their work. Settling for this subpar sheister is a waste of your time.

"This is the worst internet purchase I’ve ever experienced, and I shop on line a lot.
Poor customer service:
Once I was unhappy with the product, the e-mail replies took a long time and dismissed my claims. After threat of legal action, only then, did I get a proper response. They would not provide me with a phone number. I had to research it on the internet away from their website to get it. When I called I got a home style answering machine and calls were always returned after midnight to assure I wouldn’t be up to answer them.
At first when I ordered, they advertised an 8 gig Sandisk Extreme III SD card (high speed) for $37 I still have the screen shot to prove it. What they sent to me was a Kingston 8 gig regular speed card.
I sent them an e-mail to complain and their response was “The item is what you ordered. If you'd like a replacement, provide your order information and we will have it replaced!” When I did what they requested (at my own shipping expense) I had to try to contact them many times before they said that would look for the product and send it. When they realized that the Extreme III 8 gig was much more expensive than the Kingston the e-mailed me to tell me that they have given me a $37 credit to their website. (notice my shipping cost to return the product was not added) They did this realizing they couldn’t deliver what they had advertised. They also went in and adjusted the website description of the products. I still have the web shot showing the original
When I told them I wouldn’t except store credit they said they would credit back my card. That was two weeks ago. Still, no credit. My original purchase was in mid August it is now Oct 8th.

I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs. Lucky for me, this is a less that wasn’t too expensive. I’m still trying to get my money back and I will be reporting this company to the BBB and other agencies. I tried for a long time to fix this problem without giving them a bad rating or reporting them. They just didn’t seem to care.

"I ordered a Sony VIAO Laptop battery and was sent the wrong part. I had to pay for shipping both to and from them and only received a refund for the item only. This mistake was make on thier behalf not mine and I paid the price for it. I will never shop from them again and will recommend those I work with and upgrade and repair PCs for not to buy from them. "
