I would be remiss if I didn’t update this review based on my new experience
I have received confirmation that this *new* phone I purchased from Xpress-Phones was NOT new. I previously thought this was the case when I would go to the Cydia store and they already had a profile for my *new* phone. I didn’t think much about this because the existing profile didn’t prohibit me from downloading apps. In fact, it gave me apps that they claimed I previously purchased. My next inkling that something wasn’t right is when I used the phone with Apple Game Center service and again, I already had a profile associated with my phone. My confirmation came from apple themselves when I went to the apple store to have the volume down button replaced and they informed me the phone had previously been worked on (not by them). This revelation was the straw that broke this camel’s back.
While I stand by my original statement in my review that they answered all of my questions, I must report that the trust they earned is now destroyed. To misrepresent themselves on their website to say “The phones we offer have never been used or activated” is clearly false advertisement. I cannot in good faith make a recommendation to use this company based on the experiences I have had with this product I purchased from them. Nor can I trust them to be a company I purchase from in the future.

Was in need of a white 32GB iPhone 3GS. Most stores either didn't have it or prices were extremely ridiculous. Xpress-Phones had it and while I was a little skeptical with my inability to obtain this easily (and at a decent price), I took a chance and was pleasantly surprise. The staff over there and I shared no less than 10 emails with each other before I decided to purchase and then probably another 10 during transit and after I received it. Every question I had, they answered and if they didn't know, they researched it for me. This type of customer service is invaluable to a person like me who is extremely cautious when it comes to my money. Xpress-Phones have earned my business, but more importantly, my trust. Thank you."
"I purchased a new unlocked LG phone at a good price, but not much lower than elsewhere. It came locked. Customer service acknowledged the mistake and tried to find an unlock code. No luck. Result: They offered nothing but an apology.
