"Overall I am extremely satisfied with X-press-phones. When my phone arrived, Verizon claimed it was tied to someone else and unable to activate. 2 hours on the phone with Verizon and they said I would have to return the phone to Xpress phone. I e-mail Xpress phone and the responded within 5 minutes, just over 12 hrs later they had resolved the issue with Verizon and my phone was activated. Naturally I wish there weren't a problem, but when on occurred, they fixed it.

My only complaint is even with USPS priority mail it still took 5 business days for my phone to arrive. However, given the choice I would use them again."
