"We ordered 4 mats. 2 basic and 2 custom. The basic ones came quickly and were great products. The custom ones however did not come. We ordered 10 weeks ago and i have called customer service multiple times a week for almost a month now. the shipping date was 12-27-23. when that had come and gone and I called they then said 1-16-24. Then after that was passed they said 1-22-24, now i have no current update and keep being told that production does not know when they will be done. Finally today I was told 1 of the custom mats is done and the other is not, and they don't know how long it will be before the other is finished. This is a company that produces custom floor mats and they cant say how long it will be to print a simple 12 color logo that is extremely basic on 1 mat. This company is insanely poorly run."
