"I purchased an outdoor Waterhog mat. What I thought was going to be a straightforward process turned into a 3 week back and forth to get the design I wanted. Initially, I sent a MPEG and, as you would imagine, the quality of my logo on the proof was lacking. I say this so you know that what ever design you send them must be a high quality file. They do not have the capabilities to rework your design in any kind of graphic design software. So I did just that. I sent a higher quality file only to be told that now I had to upgrade my order to an HD mat so that all the colors would match up. However, even after the upgrade I still could not get the right colors for my logo and had to settle for what colors they could use. They were nice enough to upgrade my order to 2 day shipping for free, but even after I approved my proof, it was a full 5 business days later before it went into production and another 3 days before I received my product. Now, I said all this only to point out that the process for getting the custom mat you want is more of a hassle than one might initially think. Overall, the staff were genuine and very helpful. They were committed to working with me through it all and the quality of the product is nice. Is it worth $800? No, no it is not."
