"This website is a scam, the phone number they give you is a Snapchat phone number. They are not verified Visa users. They charge you through Intuit. They said they would provide me with a tracking number three days after my receipt they never did. I had to reach out and request a tracking number and the tracking number they gave me said label was created waiting on product to ship and this is now going on 5 days later after payment. They blocked my phone number so I had to block my phone number to call them back and the same person that I was speaking to did not answer the phone nor did the woman who answered the phone know who he was. And she said the product was shipped but the reason why USPS is saying label was created is because tracking hasn't generated. If you ship a product tracking automatically updates with the product because then it becomes on a carrier to make sure it gets to you please do your reviews and research before you order off of this company I pray nobody else after me gets scammed like we have. "

"Sold me a part they knew would not work on my Mercedes, they offered to give me $5 back if I'd keep a non-working part. When I got eBay to send me an RMA with shipping label because the part was never made for my vehicle, they waited until they got it back, then charged me 50% for restock fee. It was shipped back in the same package & condition I received it in, they said it was dirty and couldn't be inspected. I would recommend that you stay away from them you can see they are lairs & dishonest!"

"Ordered a backup camera through walmart and when the product finally arrived more than a month later it looked liked it had been run over and had large stickers from FEDEX and USPS declaring it was damaged before delivery. WOWPARTS would not return any of the emails I sent and neither would Walmart what a load of crap and FRAUD that I have a box of totally useless broken glass. Shame on YOU WALMART !!!! "
"I ordered on 6/11/20 and received an email that the items were shipped on 6/12/20 and would be received on 6/24/20. I did not receive the package and when I inquired to their customer service they blamed the postal service and recent COVID events. When I looked up the tracking number they provided it is obvious that they did not send the package until the day it was to be delivered and this had nothing to do with either of their excuses. I did not receive a warning that the shipment was delayed I had to reach out to them. I haven't seen the quality of what I ordered but if you need something by a certain day do not order from this seller."

"I purchased this item through Walmart.com. It came and I tried it out as the product says to hook the component video to the dvd/cd player then component and Audio R & L and them to there device and from the other end of there device to a power outlet that they don't give you a plug that you gotta have or purchase. Then plug a HDMI cord to there device and the HDMI cord to the the TV. I have three tv's and each of them have three to four HDMI ports. I tried all the ports on the tv I was going to use this dvd/cd player up scaling to hdmi from component video and Audio R&L to HDMI as advertised on Walmart.com site. Well the tv HDMI ports never recognized the device or the dvd/cd player. I tried other tv's in the house. No Signal on every tv. Called Walmart.com they said to email or call WOWparts. Well Walmart couldn't get them on the phone when they called and I could get them either. So I emailed and got three responses always at night till 12:30Am in the morning. They wanted me to try another part that they sent out to me. I did and it still isn't working and I went to my local electronics store and purchased the same device different brand and it works just fine. WOWparts doesn't product test there items and they have awful reviews once I started looking around the internet I found that others have tried there products and had epic fail as well. I hope I get my refund from Walmart.com. I won't be buying anymore items from this company. WOWparts products are not what they seem. "
