"I received a Fitbit replacement band, and it didn't come with the necessary part to hold the strap in place. I tried to call them twice, and I emailed them, but received no response. Had I know that this didn't come directly from Walmart, I never would have ordered from them to begin with. "

"To reassure anyone who is hesitant to order items. I ordered a controller for a Nintendo NES game system I had on order elsewhere's, which to my dismay was cancelled and could no longer find at a reasonable cost. So I needed to return the controller since I could not use it, and emailed WOWParts who quickly contacted me back and offered to save me money and the hassle of mailing the item back by refunding me most of the money and allowing me to keep the item to give to someone else! They were extremely helpful and prompt to return my email. Though I didn't get to actually use the controller, I know that this company, WOWParts left a great reputation mark on me, that would make me not hesitate to buy their products."

"It is like a comedy of errors dealing with WowParts. Different people with different women's first names contact me from within eBay, and then via email. Neither knows what the other has said or done. They ask me if I want the order resent or a refund given. I keep asking for the order to be resent, wondering if I am delaying the inevitable.

What would happen if I asked one of them for a refund? Would there be a back and forth with multiple people, using multiple platforms, asking if the refund has been sent? If so, when it will arrive?

I feel like I'm living in a dream, or some sort of Indie game on Steam. Maybe the money I spent on cables should be considered payment for entertainment, instead."

"I ordered a laptop battery from WowParts and did not realize they would be shipping via USPS. The address I used is only deliverable via UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc. The post office returned the battery to them since it was undeliverable. I contacted WowParts about the situation and they fixed the problem and even covered the costs of re-shipping the item. I very pleased with their customer service"
