"I really recommend buying from a specialist business like worldwidestereo. I originally ordered this Samsung Q90 tv from Amazon and they delivered me the wrong and much cheaper model Q70. I returned it the next day but it took about 3 weeks before Amazon issued me a refund and only after several complaints about how long the refund was taking to process.
