I chose a .75ct round center and small diamonds on the band The style of the setting is well done plus, the Customer service was great. Everyone was so kind and polite. It took about 2 weeks to ship , but overall satisfied with the craftsmanship and my diamonds. You can't beat free shipping for a large purchase on other websites. "
"Very unhappy with this company. Ordered ring on 7/16 I haven't gotten an email a call nothing from them so after 3 calls I was told the ring would arrive 7/27. Well FedEx never showed So I call again an was told that it wasn't put on the truck. I was also told that I should have it by 7/27 so we shall see. As far as customer service Horrible. Waiting on a call back Horrible. Will I do business whit World Jewels again. Not a snow balls chance in hell.........."
"I finally received my wedding set from World Jewels and first off I have to say that I really do love it! But for those who might be making a last minute purchase keep this in mind--- I purchased the ring on May 31st, was told it would ship on 6/21, called on 6/28 to see what that status was told I would get a call back with an update - no one called. So I called again the following week and was told it would ship out on 7/3, it didn't. It finally shipped on 7/5 received it on 7/6. 5 weeks from the time of the order. Overall though it's a very beautiful ring and I'm happy with our purchase. "

"Well, after deciding what I wanted for my diamond wedding band and looking at stores and online to find the best pricing-we decided to try World Jewels. After reading some pretty bad reviews, we were a bit nervous but the value seemed too good to not try. We ordered the ring on 4/28 with the stipulation we needed it by the end of May. Karen was helpful and helped design a ring similar to one on their site but higher weight and better clarity. We called to check on the ring close to the end of May and we were told it would ship on 5/29 but Allen called us on 5/30 and told us it would ship on 5/31 via overnight service-we were happy with that. Received the ring today (6/1)and it is absolutely perfect. Taking it for an insurance appraisal tomorrow so will then find out if it is really the value we thought. I have no affilitation with WJ and they did not ask me to write this-I saw some good reviews that looked like someone close to them might have written but that isn't the case here. The ring is gorgeous! The only 'challenge' was that I tried to call a couple times when I thought they would be open and the recording just kept going and going-literally on hold for up to 20 minutes a couple times before hanging up-I think they were closed and had forgotten to put on the out of office message-we are in a different time zone and I may have misjudged the difference but since the message told me to wait, I did but they were probably closed. Allen and Karen went out of their way to help with the order and letting us know when it would ship."

"I am blown away by the quality of the ring I purchased from World Jewels. I ordered the 1 3/4 carat (sku e-307) engagement ring in platinum with the upgrade to a VS2 clarity center stone. The price for the ring was 2 to 3 thousand dollars lower than any other site I found online. The ring is beautiful. I took it to a local jeweler to get a second opinion and the sales person agreed I got an amazing deal. I was hesitant to order from World Jewels based on some of the reviews I have read. I took a chance knowing I could return the ring within 30 days if I did not like it. I will definately NOT be returing this ring and plan to make future purchases with World Jewels. It is simply impossible to beat the combination of price and quality you get from this company.
The ring did take 2 weeks to ship. Looking at other reviews online, I was expecting this time frame, so that was not an issue for me. The ring was definately worth the wait!"
"I am very satisfied with my experience at worldjewels.com The first ring I got was my engagement 1,85 carat ring. It two more then two weeks to get it. The customer service was very polite liars, they gave us wrong shipping date every time then we called them. But when we finally got the ring, I was so impressed with the quality of gold and diamonds. We took it to the local jeweler and he made appraisal that was more then twice of the amount that we paid. It was worth to wait. The second ring from the worldjewels was my 1/2 carat diamond band. It also took 2 weeks to get it and the ring was beautiful!!! So in my opinion, the worldjewels makes a good quality jewelry and it takes no less then 2 weeks to get it but it is worth to wait because of such good quality for such small price. If you have lots of money and don`t want to wait and get your ring right now (most of the time worse quality diamonds then worldjuwels has), go to the local store and pay twice, but if you want to save your money and get a nice ring, order from worldjewels!!! SO GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO BUILD YOUR RING THE WAY YOU WOULD WANT LIKE TO HAVE IT AS. SO GIVE THEM ABOUT 2 WEEKS TIME TO HAVE IT BUILD FOR YOU AND YOUR LOVED ONE....
