"While I was randomly shopping online for a wedding band, I came across World Jewels website. I placed a call to ask a few questions. The customer service agent who answered (Darlene) was very patient, professional, friendly and accommodating. I ended up ordering a diamond wedding band for my future husband by the end of our conversation. The wedding was scheduled for 12/12/12. I received a call on December 6th from World Jewels to inform me that the shipping will be delayed and that the ring will be shipped on the 11th overnight thru FedEx. I panicked and explained that I couldn't wait and that I must have it by the 11th at the latest. The owner ended up driving over to our house on Tuesday night to deliver it himself. WHAO! Now THAT is going above and beyond. Not only their prices are reasonable, it was their superior customer service that provided me with a peace of mind and made me feel confident with my purchase. "This company at one time did a great job with customer service and had a good product at a good price. That has dramatically changed. I ordered a 14 KT Gold and diamond Bangle on 8/30/12 for $1394.99 and waited and waited and waited and waited. Finally on first week of Oct. I called and was told they were mailing it the following Monday. Never saw it. I called back. They said it would be mailed immediately. Never saw it. Finally, I called back on 11/7/2012 and was told the product was "no longer available". I was given the choice to exchange vs cancel the order and be refunded. I chose to be refunded. A week later, no refund. I call back about it. I'm told it will be posted the following Monday. You guessed it...the next Monday, no refund. It's now Nov. 28 and I still have no refund posted. I called up again today and was told it would be....hold on...here it comes..."posted next Monday"

"Happy with the final result of our rings. We went to the jewelry district and the prices we found online were cheaper. Buying expensive ring online is not easy but the money we saved we had to take a chance. "I found a beautiful ring on-line and purchased it for $3500. I purchased the ring 8 Oct 2012 and receiced the ring 1 Nov, day before my engagement party and when I opened the box, I was sick to my stomcach. The ring was of poor craftsman ship and the diamonds which were advertised as near flawless were of poor quality, the engraving was not legible, some side diamonds looked as if they were crushed and just the worst experience ever!!! The best part was, the ring came without a certificate of authenticity as well.(I wonder why?) It was a nightmare, a ring I wouldnt even place on my dog. I called several times to speak to Allen, at first he wanted to help solve the problem and give the "perfect ring" and he even verbally stated, his company put the wrong diamonds in the ring and wanted to make it right. I just requested I get my money back. After I stated this, everytime I went to call about my refund and speak to Allen "the owner of the comapny" I was put on hold, a few minutes would go by and needless to say, he was out of the office and would call me back. Never once did he return my calls. Today finally, I got my money back 22 Nov 2012 and sadly my fiancee is still without a ring for I cant purchase another until I received my refund. Thankfully, i have a understanding fiancee, who I even showed the ring too and even she was disgusted,especially after she found out how much I spent. To all who read this, do not purchase a ring especailly a engagement ring from this company. I assure you, you will be ripped off!!! Learn from my mistake and please do not make the same. "I found my perfect engangement ring. We look locally and I could never find what I WANTED UNTIL.. I look online to WorldJewels. My finance bought the ring and saved it for 2 months before proposing. When I took it to a local friend who was a jeweler to size it.They would not touch it. It was NOT the quality and worth stated on the "appraisal" we got. It was sloppy and poor quality. After an initial issue that was only due to their willingness to rush an order through for me, World Jewels.com more than made up for it. All I can say is this is an excellent company and I received an unbelievable ring. I don’t normally write reviews but feel compelled to provide these comments to anyone that may be hesitant just as I was before placing my order. I ordered a ring that cost over $4,000 and I did not do this lightly. I could not be happier with my purchase and my wife is absolutely ecstatic with her ring.
After contacting them with the initial issue, I received a call at my home from the owner. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy. I doubt you could find better customer service from any retailer. He went above and beyond to make me happy and the ring I received is beyond my expectations. I have no doubt that had I not initially asked for a rush order it would have been perfect the first time.
I had my ring appraised by a local jeweler and I am extremely happy with the result. I looked everywhere for something different that would make a statement within my budget and could not find anything close. I came across WorldJewels.com and found a design I have never seen before with a total of 3 carats. You never know what to expect since you are relying on a picture over the internet but when we received the ring it was exactly as pictured but even the picture could not do it justice. The ring is perfect and the quality is better than anything I have seen at the local jewelers. My wife receives complements everywhere she goes because you can’t help but notice her ring.
I can’t thank Allen and World Jewels enough for their customer service. They rushed the order overnight in time for my Wife’s party and again rushed the second order to me within days.
I will definitely be ordering from World Jewels again and if you are like me, you are reading these reviews hesitating on whether or not you should order from this company. I also struggled with my decision but for me, it was a great decision. I could never have found a ring like this for anything close to what I paid. Trust me, you will be happy with your purchase. "This was my second order. Years ago purchased my ring and all went well. This time however they told me it would ship in 2 1/2 weeks..turned out I ordered 7/9/12 and received 8/22/12. if you need it fast dont order. Got married and took pics with a loaner ring they sent me...not happy about that. They say will call back and never do. Twice told will be shipped and didnt happen. However its a great ring for the price. Again only order if you have no rush. Would be nice if they offered a gift. This ring was to remarry my ex wife.
