Lack of response and not delivering what was promised

"I called on Thursday to initiate a return and wad told that I would receive an RMA via email in an hour or so. The RMA never came. I called in the morning today to follow up and probably gave it a good 15 minutes waiting, but no one answere the the call. I tried again a bit later, but didn't wait as long - still no answer. "

"no one from the company is getting back to me to get my shipping costs returned on to my credit card. I told them in several emails that if the money is not returned to my credit card, I will dispute the entire charges on my credit card. "
