Total scam

"They are a total scam. There is all this fine print like black out dates they don’t make clear on their site on purpose. Then they don’t issue refunds once u realize how useless all their tickets are. Do not use this company. Buyer beware!"

"I bought tickets for my kids to go to smaller parks in Orlando. the process was easy and saved me money. I think the site is great and not sure what people are upset about except refunds during Covid which no one was giving. "

Canceled my tickets without my permission, refused to let me speak to a supervisor.

"I can't believe how idiotic the customer service reps are! I called asking about how to go about a ticket cancelation to a circus show in case one of my family members tests positive for COVID. I was told the rep would have to ask the circus to see if they give refunds for things like this or partial refunds. I let me know multiple times that we do not yet know if we have to cancel at all as we did not receive the COVID tests results yet. He said he understood and repeated my request back to me to make sure. After we hang up, I got an email from the rep, as promised. In the email it is not clear if he already made a cancelation request or an inquiry about cancelation to the circus. I replied to his email, reminding him that I do not want to cancel anything yet. No response. A few hours later, I receive and automated message that cancelation was processed. I quickly call Working Advantage back and speak with the same rep. He said nothing can be done now and I am not able to speak to a manager or supervisor. I asked to wait to speak to someone but he refused. What horrible customer service. Canceled my tickets without my permission and refused to speak with me afterwards. This outing was to celebrate a birthday, so now that's ruined."

Terrible

"I attempted to cancel a reservation due to a family emergency. In my dealings with 3rd party reservations if the hotel is willing to cancel the reservation then the refund is granted, however, in this case I was told that the 'partner' or 'supplier' only communicates through email. When I spoke with the manager of the hotel I was informed that there was no generic email and that 3rd party companies normally call them directly. I then called back to update the rep of this information and they gave me the same script of 1-3 hours response and that it was a critical request ticket placed. It has now been well over 24 hours since I was told that with no resolution. The last rep informed me to be "encouraged since you didn't receive a denial email". They will not escalate the call, I could not speak to anyone else, the 'partner or supplier' info was not allowed to be given out, they would not transfer me to 'the back office', and I could go on with the lack of basic customer service that was not provided by this company. My reservation is canceled at the hotel, however, I still stand the chance of being charged for one day which is beyond my understanding. I will strongly suggest if you are reading this please do yourself a favor and just use Hotwire, Kayak, any third party other than this company.

PLEASE AVOID

"Please avoid booking through Working Advantage if at all possible. I made a simple booking error when purchasing ski lift tickets because of a very vague listing, and was treated as subhuman when trying to request a refund/reschedule. I was told numerous times by a customer service representative that "I'm sorry that you can't read" among other passive aggressive insults. I was finally able to get transferred to a "supervisor" who was just as rude and passive aggressive. I work in customer service and have dealt with numerous issues like this. I have never been spoken to that way in my life by a "customer service team". I now have a wasted $250 ski ticket and spent my evening being insulted and treated like garbage. PLEASE save yourself the time and money, and book elsewhere. Any discount you may be getting is not worth the headache and difficulties you will encounter. "

"This is a really bad site to purchase Disneyland tickets. when I purchased a ticket it says park reservation is available for December 22 and when I try to do a reservation on the Disneyland site it is not available for this ticket and I contact customer service and it is bad customer service and the reply is we can not do anything since this is final sell
I would highly encourage you not to book anything from this site. It is a fraud and scam site and bad customer service
We lost our $1397. Please don't use this service I wish I can give a negative rating

The Worst! Scammers!

"My first experience with Working Advantage, (W.A.), which also should have been my last, was purchasing tickets to a Chris Brown concert only to have my sister and myself removed from our seats politely by security due to another couple already having purchased those same exact seats from Ticketmaster. How embarrassing! After getting the runaround and advocating for myself with 4 calls, I received a credit to my credit card. Fast forward to 2021; my family and I were planning a trip to Sea World Orlando in May and had to reschedule due to COVID-19 until August. I called to see if the tickets could be transferred to that date and I would have been willing to pay the difference. A rep told me as long as W.A. received a notification from Sea World that I never scanned the 5 tickets, that I could get a W.A. credit. I repurchased the tickets as my family was standing at the gate waiting for the park to open and I didn’t want to disappoint my family. The next day I received a message stating the “tickets were final sale” and although I couldn’t travel due to COVID-19, they could not “refund, transfer, or modify” my tickets in any way. I’ve spoke to 3 different people between the Working Advantage Company and Tickets at Work and they have completely given me the run around. Besides this, why are your agents/reps giving guarantees that are not legit or are above their position? I mentioned this and I kept receiving apologies for my inconvenience. Give me a credit I can use immediately if your so apologetic and care about your customers. I cannot believe they are stealing money from good people who are spending hundreds or thousands of dollars and don’t have the decency to be more flexible during the time of a pandemic. For heaven’s sake, My resort, the airlines, etc. have at least given credits if not refunds. I will NEVER purchase from W.A. again and will share my experiences with my colleagues to persuade them to spend money elsewhere. $500 down the drain which I could have put towards a couple Disney or Legoland tickets during our 10 day vacation! Please "

Fraud!!

"Do not book any reservations through this company. I booked a hotel reservation through Working advantage and even though it said that the reservation was refundable, they were un willing to refund me for the one day that I wanted to cancel from my reservation. They would only cancel the full reservation and then offer to rebook at the new rate which was $155 more per night than when I originally booked. I filed a formal complaint with the Orange County Consumer Fraud Protection Unit and will also be disputing with my credit card. "

Hotel Reservation

"I booked a room got the order number & they took the money out of my account. I get to the hotel and the reservation was not made. I called Working Advantage customer service to see what happened, they advised me that the room was a failed attempt. I then asked them why I was not notified due to me having to travel 5 hours away from my home and they said well there is nothing we can do you will have to rebook a new reservation. We already refunded you. I asked if they were giving me a voucher since it was their error he said no you will have to pay for it. I asked why I would have to pay for it if it was their mistake and he stated that is all we can do. Do not use them they are horrible and do not do anything to assist you, even when it is their mistake. Very unprofessional. "

Stay Away Scam

"I was unable to receive a refund, exchange, or credit. Also did not receive all etickets via email. Go directly to the discovery cove or any of the other attractions they advertise as you are able to receive a refund or credit in the event you need to cancel."

Scammers!! Just run

"Like all the reviews here. I made a reservation for a stay. When I get to my destination with my family the front desk can not find the booking. Stranded with kids, I had no choice but to book at regular rate. Not great but appreciative that the hotel had a vacancy. I contact workingadvantage and explain, the lady assured me she will start the process for a refund for the prepaid room they never booked for me. A week later and several attempts at trying to get my money, workingadvantage claims I didn’t stay and they wouldn’t refund because there’s no record from the hotel. Meanwhile I sent them a physical copy of my receipt along with the card statement. And yet, they still refused to refund my money. Luckily I was able to dispute the charge through my credit card. This place is a total scam. Do yourself the favor and boom elsewhere. Do not put your family at risk. "

Horrible!!!

"They will advertise "$ Refundable" on a room but if you need to make any changes or cancellations even if it's well in advance of the cancellation policy, you WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!! They hide a voucher policy within the small print under Terms and Conditions which is a tiny separate attachment you need to click into so NOWHERE ON THE SITE does it state their voucher policy and everything you see otherwise leads you to believe you are safe at making this reservation!!! HA, and they even charge more for those "refundable" rooms! THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAN CROOKS"
