Never buy from them! Wish there was negative stars!

"I purchased 2 tickets to Discovery Cove on 2/27/2020 for 3/22/2020, but due to Covid-19 Discovery Cove was shut down. I spoke with Discovery Cove and asked if I could receive a refund. Discovery Cove stated I would have to contact Working Advantage for a refund as they were honoring refunds. It now has been over 2 months since I requested my money back. As of 5/18/2020 Working Advantages works are "Hello Kelly,

Sure sounds like they will not refund my money, yet Discovery Cove will honor a refund and stated that everyone that requested their refund has already received their money back. Now I am out almost $600!

THIEVES!!

"I purchased multiple tickets for a vacation I was going to make in March to San Diego and due to COVID we had to cancel our trip. Working Advantage refused to refund any of our tickets even though I told them that we would not be able to go to San Diego within the next year. We live in Toronto, Canada.

Also, I had purchased hotel accommodation for another trip in May to Orlando and they refused to refund the money for the hotels even though we cancelled in March and the hotel dates were for May.

Do not use this vendor, EVER!

Wrong credit card mechant category codes used for lodging.

"Booked hotel through them, assuming I would be able to use my travel rewards for it. But found out afterwards they charge EVERYTHING under Workingadvantage and the Merchant category code for theatrical ticketing agents, which the credit card does not recognize as travel.
Called. They don't care. This is how they do it.
BTW: this does not only affect earning and redeeming rewards, but can also affect insurance for car rentals and trip interruption and such.

Wish I could leave negative stars

"I'll have to say,after this experience with them is done, I will NEVER use working advantage again!! I don't even know where to start, suffice it to say that their advertised "discounts" are far from it; but the absolute worse part is their customer service in handling issues!!!!! I'll sum up by saying that the only thing they are good at is taking your money in the beginning, they've got that down pay, anything afterwards and they are useless! I'll also add beware of their advertisements, they have no problem in twisting the truth, actually they have no problem in flat out lying!!!!!"

False advertising for myrtle beach room

"Rented a room at Bermuda sands, I wouldn't let roaches stay over night here. Horrible beyound words and have been trying for a week to get our money back. And they just give us a run around. Do not use them they are a third party money taker. The room was even cheaper for folks coming in off the street. I wouldn't give them 1/12th of a star. Horrible place, they mislead you, and jack you 30 percent instead of saving you money. Please be aware of this before giving them a chance to rip you off."

Awful!!

"What a rip off. I purchased concert tickets through working advantage. The concert was cancelled and they refuse to give a refund, raincheck or to transfer tickets. I will never do business with working advantage again. The discounts aren’t that great and definitely aren’t worth it. "

Bad customer service. Trust the reviews, all very TRUE!

"I booked a hotel stay through Working Advantage. However decided I wanted to cancel as I found a cheaper price else where. Not the issue, issue was the rude customer service rep. The rep I spoke with was rude right off the bat. I told her straight up that she was rude too. Changed her tune real quick after that. I am not a rude person but be rude to me and you will get it right back. I work in customer service and her attitude with me is NOT how a Good customer service rep speaks/acts towards a customer. And after reading other customer reviews it looks like Leanne's not the only rude customer service rep. Please emphasize the importance of your customers and Good customer service to your employees Working Advantage. I was considering making other purchases through Working Advantage but I don't know about that anymore. Groupon here I come. "

Worse experience ever! Buyer beware!

"They promote their unique low rates accessible only to company employees but when you get to your hotel, you get a piece of crap room that looks nothing like on their website and then to find out you paid more than someone who'd rent the room right off the hotel site for the piece of crap they're giving you.
Don't even bother calling customer service as the manager, I got an "Arlene", rude like you wouldn't believe it, no compassion at all that doesn't even try to help. So frustrating!
I had mold between the bathroom tiles, a disgusting dusty fan and some little stains of my sheets.

Do not waste your money on this scammer site. There's much better out there.

Misleading total price

"I went to order ski lift tickets on the site. A subtotal price came up. Then I added billing information and a total price came up which was the same as the subtotal. Thus you would infer that taxes were included. AFTER I hit confirm order, taxes were added! VERY misleading and prices were actually cheaper at the mountain. I tried to reason with Danny and Nicole in customer service but all they did was argue with me and state that there was more pricing information elsewhere on the site. "

Avoid Working Advantage

"I was planning a trip for my family of 4 to Walt Disney World. Booked the lodging at Animal Kingdom no problem. I accidentally bought tickets for Walt Disneyland instead of Walt Disney World. No problem I figured they would just cancel my ticket order and allow me to purchase the correct tickets. Nope. I was told 3 different times that all ticket sales are final. Are you kidding me? I made an honest mistake and they were not willing to work with me to fix the situation. "

0 Stars in my book - THE WORST

"My husband purchased concert tickets through Working Advantage located in Orlando, FL. (I mention location because I noticed while researching them there is another location that is now closed. Those reviews are horribe too. Can't help but wonder if they're one and the same owners) I called customer service and they act as if they're doing me a favor speaking to me instead of my husband. Actually I did them a favor by me calling and not him. Bottom line is they charge a fee for ordering the same tickets that you could yourself and claim they use an outside company and have fees. There's truly no corporate discounts or privilages. Don't let their word play fool you. They did refund the $23 shipping but still made $150 off of us plus another $36 for taxes and fees."

LIED TO ME AND KEPT MY MONEY

"WISH I COULD GIVE A 0 STARS RATING!!! I booked a "hotel" through them and when I arrived it was a prostitution motel. I did not even receive an order confirmation email for my booking. When I arrived to the "hotel" and checked in my room, it was infested with bugs, roaches, fleas and even a dead flea on the sheets. The bed sheets were dirty from someone who obviously peed on them, the comforter was ripped, dirty and the whole place smelled disgusting. I contacted Working Advantage immediately to request a refund, they said the hotel manager had to approve it, after calling several times, I was told both WA & The hotel approved my refund request and I would receive it in 3-5 business days. I called a week later and they said my request was denied, so they lied to me from the beginning and now they kept my money. My baby was bitten by a bug while checking the room and this is enough for me to sue them. Do not trust their pictures online, they are trash and do not book through them ever again, keep your time and money safe."

UNEXPECTED FEES

"Booked our trip through Working Advantage at Great Wolf Lodge in Aneheim, Ca. I thought we were getting a good deal. We were told that all fees were included. Got to the hotel and got charged an extra almost $400. Very dissapointed. Make sure you do your research. Had we just gone straight through hotel. It would had been way cheaper. I will never use working Advantage again"
