"I ordered several T-shirts from shirt.woot.com a few days ago. When they arrived, three of the shirts were huge, even though they were all supposed to be the same size. However, apparently they are switching between printing companies at the moment, so some of the shirts are in the old company's sizes, and some are in the new company's sizes. The website doesn't state that there is a difference in the sizing of the clothes. You have to look at the sizing chart for each t-shirt, even though the sizes are supposed to be universal.
When I first contacted them, they basically told me that they would not refund my money or do an exchange. I contacted them a second time, and was able to get them to make an exception. They are going to be sending me the shirts in the correct size.
If you choose to make purchases on woot.com, be very careful because they basically will not allow you to return products. It is only the rare exception that they will allow."
"Avoid this site. I had placed an order with this site and not ten minutes later decided to cancel my order. To which hours later I get a response telling me they can't cancel it because it had already shipped. But after looking up my order status on their site the same order had that same item listed as "awaiting shipment". Also if you look at there Write Us page it says "To request a final return of a defective product – not a product you don't like, not a product you regret buying, not to ask us a question about some other topic, NOTHING ELSE:
****@****". SO basically if you don't like something that's too bad you're stuck with it. how anyone could find a company that runs like this a good one is beyond me. (Unless they work for that company?)"
"Shirt.Woot is by far my favorite as I love voting in their derby. I've gotten two shirts for myself so far and two shirts for others and their shipping is always fast.
On kids.Woot, I had a bit of bad luck. There was a baby toy I wanted to order and it as marked as being in stock. When I went to order it, they turned around and told me it was out of stock on the order confirmation page. The toy was shown as being in stock for the next two days, though, so I found that to be a little irritating.
Overall, it's a great shopping site and I'll stick to the shirts."
"I am happy with their prompt shipping but very disappointed with communication. They charged me twice for the same shipping and sent me an email that "there are some quirks about our website that we are trying to learn and extra charge has been refunded in your account already", but I didn't receive it. I tried to contact them but they didn't reply my email."

"Been a Woot-er for four months now and by far this is going to be the most interesting shopping site you've ever visited. I have bought several items from this site and it doesn't take them long to ship (expect about less than a week to a week and a half for shipment) and this is a legit site for whatever they sell on woot.com. shirt.woot, wine.woot, kids.woot, home.woot and sellout.woot. They also feature a deals.woot for deals from other website, most are pretty legit as well as I've shopped from those also (just check the reputation/comments on the item).
I'm a big Woot fan, and you gotta have to love the Woot-offs held once a month. The pricing on their sales are great most of the time.. just check back every day at midnight for fresh new deals before they sellout!

It was 2 cases of seventh generation diapers (the only kind of disposable my sensitive skin toddler can use without horrible rashes. So I was thrilled to see Woot do a deal on these that even after shipping still beat even sale prices elsewhere. Order arrived quickly and was exactly as ordered (one case size 3 one case size 4). "Wow if I know about Woot and all the hassles with regards to ordering and shipping I would have spent a little more from a reputable seller. I purchased a refurbished iPod touch for my sister, her other first one screen broke, and figured that it would be in decent shape. Well my sister recieved the device plugged it in and it got really hot and then after that never turned on, looked up how to resolved it, nothing worked. I have purchased online before from Amazon and others with no issues, even purchased my car off of Ebay so I do my research and since Woot was so popular I figured it would be fine, oh boy!! It has been over 3 weeks since I have returned the item and RMA has not responded at all to my emails about the status. Seems like it is now going to be in limbo, but I will contact my credit card company to get a refund if they don't respond by the end of this week.
This was my second time I purchased from woot, the Ipod was first and garden cart that from Sears was second, but it was directly from Sears and I picked it up, so Woot was not involved at all inthe purchase or shippig of it.
Horrible Customer Service, good luck if your device breaks and you think you can contact them.
UPDATED! As of the other day Woot has refunded the money back to my CC. So I wanted to ast least add this to the review.

"Non-existant customer service. I paid for a camera that NEVER arrived, repeatedly sent requests to Woot and all I got was a complaint number! They wouldn't even track the darn package! Finally I contacted my bank and asked that the charges be reversed because I got NO action whatsoever from Woot! The most amazing thing is that I discovered their home office is about 12 miles from my house, but almost TWO WEEKS went by and I still did not have what I paid for!"

"THE WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!! I've bought many things online, always with great success, but this is the worst experience ever. They didn't offer shipping options, so even though I was willing to pay extra to insure it arrived on time, I never even got that option, it just reached the end of the ordering process, and that was it! When I emailed to find out what kind of shipping was used (time was an issue), they only said it would be shipped in 5-7 days, and shipping would arrive 1-14 days afterward! What kind of window is that??? A few days later, I rec'd an email with shipping info about when it would arrive, and I spent FOUR DAYS trying to ask them to hold it at the UPS office so I could pick it up, because it would be delivered on the day we were leaving for a two week vacation, and I wanted to get it on the way to the airport. I was told by Woot that they couldn't tell me who the shipper was, only that it was a "third party." UPS said the shipper was Amazon.com, but Amazon said they couldn't do anything because the order didn't originate from them. UPS said they couldn't reroute the package (i.e. put it on hold for pickup) unless they had permission from the shipper, but no one was willing to admit or to provide the information as to who the actual shipper was!!! It looks like the item will hang on my gate for two weeks or be stolen, simply because I couldn't get anyone to tell UPS to hold it at their office rather than put it on their truck for delivery to an empty house. How stupid is this????"
