"I've returned items which were accepted and was told my credits were issued. After checking with my bank I found only a partial credit had been submitted. I spoke with customer service and was told the money had been credited to my account. and they would check with their accounting dept. They haven't got back to me with any info. This company seems to be all over the place. They ship the wrong items and are slow to correct the mistakes which they have made.
One bit of advice...check your bank statements to make sure you get your money back. I know I usually assume the money gets back to me and don't always check. "
"I was looking for some Rev-A-Shelf products that were out of stock everywhere I looked. Woodworker Express website indicated they had them, but it's generally hit or miss whether web stores are accurate about stock. Much to my surprise, the items were on my doorstep within days, and at a lower overall shipped price than anywhere else I checked. The only reason I am not awarding a full five stars is the packaging was insufficient to prevent minor damage to the items ordered. Not enough to send back or file a claim, but slightly damaged nonetheless (a deep gouge in one of the pull-out drawers, not easily repaired). All in all, wouldn't hesitate ordering from here again."
