"My old 'knockoff' brand snowblower, which was 8 yrs old, 5.5 HP & never up to the task of clearing heavy or wet snow, expired in the storm prior to the Feb '14 blizzard so I was really stuck. Stores were sold out so I bought from WiseSales, assembled. It arrived the day after the blizzard - better than I expected. It was in a strong plastic-wrapped crate made of 2x3's above the pallet, and it had been filled with oil, some gas and clearly tested. I uncrated it in the driveway full of snow and got it running.
This machine was a great purchase! It was accurately described on the website. It destroys heavy snow, wet snow & ice - it doesn't flinch. And it throws the snow so far that there won'g be any more mounds of snow 5 ft high. It's never been so easy to clear my 60-ft sloped driveway! I should have bought this machine a long time ago. It's a good balance between power & price."

"Poor communication. I placed an order for a new generator almost a week ago. Their website still shows that the order is processing. My account has already been charged so I inquired as to the status of the order. I was told to call them in a couple of days and speak with the rep for the product supplier. I am busy and dont have time to make calls, they really should be able to tell me the status of my order and if they need to talk with their supplier, then they should call them. I purchased a generator from them a couple of years ago and had a very pleasant experience, this time I am disappointed."
