"Purchased the Simplicity SS822EX Single Stage Snowblower .. Ordering process was very easy, shipping quick without issues, easy set up and started with one pull .. no need for electric start ..
However, had to take for service after one use for a squealing noise when auger engaged .. found out that the auger bearings were(loose).. and the choke knob pops off when starting unit. Original knob was stripped .. service ordered a new. The new one pops off as well and needs to return. Although no reflection on Wisesales, not too happy with this situation."

"Hi. We received our shipment quickly and were thrilled to get it! We attached the handle and thrower shoot as per directions. My husband started it, it ran for 10 minutes, back fired and quit. It's been at the authorized Honda repair center since. Still no word. It's not the fault of WISE Sales, but wanted you to know what happened. We have had many Hondas, but this has really soured us!"

"Shipping was good and unit came in okay. Would have been nice if they tossed in a $2 bottle of oil. Had to go to local dealer and pick some up before I can test to see if it works. Needless to say, still haven't tested it and won't be able to until the weekend. I would rather them add a couple of dollars to the cost and include all the items (except gas of course) so we can make sure it works properly."
