"I want to start off my review by saying that Wise Sales saved me hundreds of dollars with the mower I purchased and made sure I was happy in the end. However, it was a very rough experience from the very beginning.

First of all, I placed my order on April 18th, 2014. The mower I purchased was backordered so I understood it would be delayed slightly, but was told it would ship in about a week or so. I never received my invoice so I called customer service and it turns out the lady had sent it to the wrong email. No big deal. Got it corrected in the system and I got my invoice. I also inquired about the status of my mower and was told by another gentlemen that it would ship in the next few days and would arrive by Friday of that week.

Here we are and it's Friday and my wife stayed at home to receive the mower. 3PM rolls around and I call Wise customer service to find out what's going on with my order. The guy tells me that it hasn't even shipped yet!!! He tells me that there was another customer in front of me that took priority and that a mower would arrive to their warehouse over the weekend and would ship on Monday.

Monday rolls around. I call this time to make sure it shipped so I don't get burnt again. The same guy tells me that they didn't get a mower and it likely wouldn't ship until that Thursday!!!! I immediately asked to speak to the supervisor to get things straightened out cause this has dragged on too long. The Supervisor confirms that the next mower will be in that Thursday and he will expedite the shipment for me.

Finally, the shipment leaves the warehouse that Thursday. However, I look at the tracking and it was shipped economy and was not expedited at all. I ended up getting the Mower the following Thurday on 5/15/2014. Almost a month after I ordered the mower!!!

In summary, I'm happy with my purchase but I think Wise Sales could have done a better job of managing the shipping process. Don't lead people on. Tell them upfront what is going on and don't make promises you can't keep. Customer service was very courteous and did the right thing in the end, but it shouldn't have taken a month to receive the product."

"I ordered a small item, and received the wrong item. The item I received was much larger and more expensive than what I ordered. The people at Wisesales were not helpful when I asked for help in correcting their error. They kept sending me to Amazon for help, and Amazon was only slightly more helpful. After a lot of phone calls, emails, and driving the big box around town, I think the nightmare is behind me. I would not buy from Wisesales again.
