"I ordered a Blackberry Bold belt clip case. 8 weeks later an iPhone 6 plus case arrived in the mail. I contacted them and advised they had sent the wrong case. They apologized and said they would send me the correct one. Now three months later the second one arrived again for an iPhone 6 plus. I called and was advised that they only has one belt clip case for all cell phones. You have to be kidding me. It was advertised as a "Blackberry case". Like putting a size 6 foot in a size 12 shoe. That is misleading advertising and sales. Oh the good part... they cannot refund my money because it is now longer than 90 days. Da! it took them 104 days to fess up. Crooks. Selling a 50 cent cell phone case for $10 bucks and then scamming the public to make the sale."

"The glass screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge came when promised but it arrived damaged. I immediately emailed the seller to let them know and asked how to facilitate a return. After a bit of exploring on their website under FAQ'so I learned I would need to include a specific return form. Before I was able to print it out I got a response email from the company. They told me to choose something else to replace my damaged item at the same price point, since the original screen protector I had ordered was now out of stock. I sent a response to their email asking what the difference was between that item and one costing $2 less to assure that it was also glass and not plastic before I ordered it. Also, if simply responding to their email about this with the new product order number was adequate. I also wanted to know if I would be refunded the difference in price between the two items. That was on Thursday and I have not received a response yet. In the interim I still have an unprotected phone."

"Although I requested the cancellation of an order made in error, within a few minutes of replacing it with another order including the products in the original order plus an additional item, I had to wait until the order arrived and return it unopened to receive my credit (not yet received). Also, it was very difficult to track the shipments with the UPS info, notwithstanding when I received the two packages there was no evidence that, at any time they were ever handled by UPS. In conclusion, the products were what I expected, but the frustration in dealing with the requested cancellation of the original order and tracking the progress of the shipments was not appreciated."
