I inspected the case belt holder and it was secured with a thin piece of plastic which shattered. I notified Wireless Emporium by email and no response. "
"Two items ordered. Delivered separately. Glass screen for phone arrived cracked. Probably happened during shipping, but the packaging was robust enough that it shouldn't have happened. They were very prompt and attentive to my complaint, and a new screen is on the way. I was impressed by all parts of the operation, and they threw in a set of headphones for free. I'll shop there again when I need something they sell."
