"I have two issues. First, the activation instructions provided by Wirefly do not match reality when you try to follow their instructions. Specifically with Verizon, an order number is issued by Verizon. A different order number is issued by Wirefly. When you follow Wirefly instructions of activation, they omit the portion where you are required to verify the order number. When you try to verify the order number, they do not match. This is easily understandable, but not explained or part of the instructions, so I was left wondering what to do. When I posed the question to Wirefly through their chat service (which worked great by the way), the help desk is programmed to apologize and provide the same instructions without addressing or understanding the question specifically. I eventually wound up calling Verizon who explained to me, very easily, why the order numbers didn't match. On a second note, I thought originally I would have to return the phone. The policy of wirefly is to leave me without a phone during the shipment of a replacement phone. I realize they may not have another option as a third party, but that is a risk I was not informed of prior to making my purchase. My cell phone is a buisness phone for me and is my livelyhood. I don't have to have a good phone, but I can't be unreachable for days waiting on a replacement. With Wirefly, I cannot reactive an old phone while waiting on their replacement. For some people, this is not an issue, but for me, it is not acceptable. I would not have gone with wirefly, to save a few dollars, had I known the risk that I was taking of not being allowed to activate an old phone during a possible return period. So for this last reason alone, I doubt I will use wirefly in the future. I may direct others to, if they can handle the risk of being without a phone for a couple of days should a return issue arrise. I will say their shipping was fast and efficient. Their tracking was easy / supurb, and during buisness hours, they were easily reachable."

"Placing order was easy as there was a plenty of useful information about phones and plans on the website. I would recommend that they add a comparison feature so that you can look at the specs of multiple phones side-by-side instead of having to open up each phone's info page separately. Phones shipped fast.

This is the point where Wirefly needs to improve. I tried to use their online "phone backup" and "transfer contacts" features listed on the website. Could not get the page to load on my computer, my wife's computer, either of of our old smartphones or my work computer. When I called the tech support number that came with the phone, they were less than helpful. I spent an hour and a half on the line with them and they at one point installed a 3rd party software to try and transfer the contacts that was infected with a virus which I had to remove. The Wirefly "support" number wasn't a help either. They claimed the website was working fine, so it must just be my computer. Their only suggestion was to contact Verizon to port the number-- a step I had not yet gotten to.
So after wasting 2 hrs with "tech support" to try and accomplish the very basic task of transferring my contacts from the old phone to the new one, I just looked into it on my own. Turns out it is very easy to do using several different 3rd party apps available through the Google Play site. I wish someone along the line would have mentioned Motorola Migrate which very easily transferred everything from my old phone to my new one (including pics, music, videos, contacts and even call logs etc).
After transferring the contacts, the rest of the setup was easy. Somehow, Wirefly managed to make a simple process difficult and time-consuming. It probably wouldn't take much to change the way they assist you with setup, but in my case I wasted several hours trying to "do it their way" instead of the way most others do.

" My experience with wirefly was wonderful. The customer service was extremely polite & informative . They explained everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions. My order was placed Monday and I received it Tuesday which was great because it was a birthday gift. And the shipping was free!!!!!!! I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family.
