Poor Customer Service

"I have purchased from Wind and Weather before with no problems. The most current purchased arrived packaged well, a box inside a box inside a box . However two petals on a ceramic flowerpot were broken off and the broken pieces were not in the packaging. Makes me believe it was s knowingly sent that way. After 45 min on hold for customer no service, I give up. Sadly, no more orders from me. Love the products, customer service ****."

Bait and Switch

"I just happened upon this website for the 1st tike ever while looking for a memorial plaque for my father, who passed away last year. There was a pop-up that appeared offering “25% off of $50” if you sign up with your email. I signed up, and 5 minutes later, the offer arrived in my email…only it had changed to “20% off of $75”. I suppose they thought I wouldn’t notice, but I initiated a chat to inquire about it, and was told that the offer was in fact, the one that I’d received, and they had no explanation as to why I saw a completely different offer prior to signing up. Resorting to little tricks like that makes me very suspicious of this company, and reading the reviews here, I now understand why. They almost got $85 out of me tonight, but thanks to them telling on THEMSELVES with their deceitful practices, I will continue to shop elsewhere. Thanks Wind and Weather! "

Stay far far away

"The item was not listed as out of stock on their site. After the order was placed I am then notified they will have it in two weeks, then three weeks, then four weeks. I think you get the story here. Finally after 6 weeks I request a refund. Of course dead silence from them. Thank goodness for PayPal. After filing a claim with them I finally got my refund."

Ridiculous!

"I ordered 1 item in late January shipping was expected in August! I figured COVID so I still ordered and would wait. August came …8/20 I received an email saying item was back ordered due to over expected ordering. I could expect shipment of item in September. September comes…. another email came another “ exceeded our expectations” shipping will be in October. Once again I ordered 1 item in January. This is ridiculous. Then the lady on the phone e said I hadn’t been charged for the item. I looked back and my bank statements and yes I was!! But I’m just gonna eat the $22.00 and hope I saved someone else time dealing with this company. RIDICULOUS "

Still waiting for an order that was supposed to come a month ago

"Just a horrible experience. Ordered some bulbs for my wife and they were supposed to arrive early December. Called customer service 4 times and each time was told same thing....it’s on its way, will be there in 2 days. Tried to cancel, but they won’t do it until the package arrives??? Now, they say 2 more days"

Defective $1. part. Won't sell part. Told to buy whole $140.00 item again.

expensive shipping and poor quality

"Accidentally ordered this item I had been interested in on Walmart.com -forgot it was in my cart and ordered something else. "Recycled wood Coat Rack" . Thought, oh well, will be nice in our farm house. Didn't notice until it arrived that the $39.95 item cost $17.98 in shipping! it was a small wooden coat rack for the wall, nothing large or heavy. With tax $61.22 charge to my card.

Then when it arrived the quality was terrible, looked very cheap not rustic, like they took 2 old pieces of a cheap fence and put cheap looking hooks on it, also the color not what it was pictured. called customer service and told it will be $6.95 to return it and get a refund. So would be about $25 total charges to me for shipping to return an item that was very poor quality. they should refund the shipping for an unhappy customer. So guess I am keeping it an will hide it in a closet or something!

"Bought a large, colorful Wind Spinner 10 months ago and the paint is already chipping off. I contacted customer service last week and have heard NOTHING.
I am a forgiving customer. However, it **** me off no end when a business ignores their customers.
I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

UNBELIEIVABLE-Worst customer service I have seen anywhere on the net by far..

"All I wanted was a gift card & first ordered a plastic gift card which never came then I ordered an ecard so I could get it immediately- it too never came. Meanwhile my credit card was charged for both. Then in trying to get it resolved we discovered the order people including supervisors have no clue as to how their system isnt linked to the gift card system. After multiple calls I was told to call back the next day. When I did-well the answer was "oh they arent back till monday".....I was trying to get the gift card for my brother who wanted it from this site?? Hope they are still in business on Monday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!--"

Worst customer service ever! Do NOT purchase from Wind & Weather

"I ordered an item from this company because it was on sale. However, I was charged the full price. I assumed this was an error, as the item continued to be listed as on sale. I was unable to email Wind & Weather, as there is no information regarding their email address. The link for return information did not work. When I finally got through to customer service, I was told there was nothing they would do. I am returning the item, and never shopping here again. I strongly suggest you do the same!"

I lucked out before ever placing a first ever order.

"Initially, their site promised a $10 off my first order upon giving it my email. The voucher never came. Upon calling, I was told that they'd take the $10 off my order, but then I'd have to pay shipping. I told them no deal. I also detected a tone with two of the staff that I did not like. One left me on hold while she went off getting "information." They asked for a review which I promptly did -- a poor one. Now they want a 2nd review. Any comment that I make to their emails is answered in a manner that they totally dismiss the subject at hand. This is passive aggressive behavior on their service staff. NO stars is what they deserve. "

Buyer Beware

"This is the most dificult and deceitful company for me in many years!
They say any thing and do nothing, no communication, pretend not understanding, pretend call not to hear me, must call back and start over again. Changing the price from $59.98 to $89.97 plus frt. and tax, because they pretend not to know the difference between price for a set of three, and a single item. Read these reviews, I reggretably did not!

Wish I'd seen this site before ordering!

"Unbelievably poor customer service. Did not hear a PEEP from the company about my order in spite of several requests for updates thru the Web site. (They are, however, pretty good at sending several advertising email messages each day.) Today, when I finally called, I was told the item is on back-order again. Again? I never knew it was on back-order the first time? WOW. SOOO many good sites for on-line shopping, why waste your time and take your chances with this bum outfit."
