"Under the previous company name (organic pharmacy), orders were fulfilled and shipped within a reasonable time at a reasonable cost. This is my 3rd order in the past 6 months or so and the first 2 were either partially or completely cancelled because there was no stock to fulfill the order. Also, since the company name change , the shipping costs have rose dramitically.
It would be nice to have the stock availability information on the website before placing an order and also nice to have a choice in cheaper shipping options (USPS).
