"When I shop here I know the products are good, are tested products, the expiration date will be a long time away, and delivery will be fast. I have found the same product purchased from a vendor who offered a lower price have a quicker expiration date and alternative products seemingly the same are not the quality products I find on Wild Earth Market. I have been buying form them for quite a few years now."

"Chad from customer service is very nice and helpful. However product has been very slow in getting to me. Ordered on Sept 3rd, it is now Sept 24th and still dont have half my order. States to expect delivery from 3 to 10 business days. "

"After waiting two weeks, I finally emailed them about my order. They had a story about not being able to get the products from their supplier. I can understand that. What I can't understand is why they didn't contact me before I contacted them. Now after 3 weeks, I'm still waiting and haven't heard anything more. I will not order from Wildearthmarket again."

"Took an inordinately long time to receive shipment. Had to contact CS for update - they did not see it necessary to keep me updated of "a backorder situation" of 3-4 weeks. Finally got it and it was in good condition. Probably would use Amazon.com next time."

"Couldn't fulfill my order, but that would have been ok if they told me right away. Instead I found out 10 days after I placed the order when I asked if they had a tracking number. At that time they told me they didn't know when they could ship the item. I asked for a full refund which they did, but they didn't communicate anything after that. You know something like "we are so sorry" would have been nice, or how about "sorry things didn't work out this time, but here's a coupon to use for next time" anything would have been nice. No communication and poor communication throughout the whole transaction. This was my first time ordering there and my last due to my experience."

"The order was placed on August 30. As of September 22, I still have not received the order. I had to contact them to find out the item was backordered. There was no communication from them when the order was not shipped as promised."

"This is the second time I have ordered from them since being changed from organic pharmacy and they have charge me for products and not delivered them. Several items are on back order for over a month now and they have not been shipped. They should have not charged me if they did not have it in stock. I will be shopping elsewhere in the future if they cannot resolved this problem."

"I ordered vitamins on 8/29/13, and by 9/13/13 still hadn't received them. Upon inquiring further, I was told that they were going through some difficulties with their supplier and were understocked. Not an issue for me, however it would have been nice to be informed of the delay. Still have not received them on 9/20/13. "

"Remember indicating a remark not to send me a pink soap case. This is for a guy.. There is no option to choose colour.. It seems that only pink is available. If this is so, please indicate on the website!!!! There is also a similar comment by an warlier buyer. I don't know what to do with the pink soap case now... Seriously disappointed. "
