"I never write reviews or order things online this was my first and hopefully the last time!! I spent $40 on a order for my daughters 1st bday well I've never used PayPal before and apparently after I ordered off this site and oriental trading I noticed my st name wasn't on the orders. I called both places back and was told by wholesale that my money would be refunded except for shipping which they didn't mention was also the $15 so I basically have no items and $16 dollars back to my name. However the oriental trading package managed to make it to my home and everything else I ordered! I called wholesale and was told IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE ADDRESS WAS CORRECT bc their factory ppl just package and stick the label on they don't even look. I will never order from this site again."
"First of all, I'm never one to write reviews. BUT, I am very frustrated with this company. They do not keep their word. I ordered and expected my package on the date THEIR website listed it would arrive...it came THREE days later (AFTER my daughter's party) and they WOULD not reimburse my shipping. The really bad part is, when I called they told me they would reimburse my items AND the shipping to get them back, once they received them all. The items arrived AFTER my party and I had paid for expedited shipping. I shipped them back as I was told and THEY said the items really arrived on time and were not late!!! REALLY...like I would ship back all this Hello Kitty stuff for my daughter's 5th bday party, if it hadn't arrived AFTER the party. It has been the CRAZIEST thing. I've NEVER dealt with a company like this and I order things online all of the time. Heed my warning...do not order from them! THEIR excuse, the "fine print" on ANOTHER page says, "four business days" and four business days do not include the weekend...nevermind that the ORDER page lists the DATE the package will arrive. That date means nothing, only the fine print on a page you can't even find!!!!!"

"I would give them no stars if I could! Worst experience EVER! I ordered items on Dec 1 for a birthday party on the 13th. Got my items late and not all the items I ordered were there! I wrote them and they couldn't get me the items I needed by my party. The worst is trying to get my refund for the items I was missing. I wrote them about it on the 10th and the guy said he issued me a refund but couldnt issue it until I was off the phone with him. Straight lied to my face! It ended up not being true, so I had to call back today Dec 16th to have them process it again! Mind you, you have to wait 5-7 business days just for them to process and another 5-7 for it to show back in your account! I really encourage anyone thinking of ordering from them to reconsider! We will see if I actually get my refund this time or if I'll get he joys of calling again. Good luck!"
"Ordered my costume October 3rd. Costume came right before the day it was promised to be delivered by, buy WITHOUT my COSTUME. Only my accessories were sent. I was told I had to place another order (they would not give me free express shipping even though it was their screw up) and it would arrive by October 26th. I had my shipping address changed on the new order since I moved. They told me I would get a confirmation email for the new order. I got no such email. I called again to figure out what was going on. They had sent my costume, but TO MY BILLING ADDRESS! The phone rep asked me to go get it. One, I don't currently have a vehicle, Two, I moved to another state and am 4 hours away from my old home. She told me to meet someone halfway to pick it up. Not a viable option.
I finally got tracking information from her and found that my package was at least in the city of my old address. The costume was delivered to my estranged husband AFTER the time frame they promised to have it delivered by.
Now my husband has to pay $25 to express send my costume so I can get it before Halloween. I'm biting my nails waiting for it to get here on time and hoping it fits. I paid a lot of money to go to a Halloween festival and I really hope I have the costume in time.
Seriously, Wholesale Halloween Costumes screwed up on two separate orders and caused me stress, wasted my time, and caused me to pay more money to get my costume which I hope I even get to wear.
My sister ordered her costume from Party City a week before Halloween and it arrived in 2 days.
Don't risk your sanity and waste your time with this company. "
"Buyer beware!!! I purchased a costume in August through Walmart.com. It arrived about 10 days later and didn't fit. Returned it within their 10 day limit. They did refund the money "to your credit card" - too bad I didn't pay with credit card, but with Paypal through Walmart.com. They said the problem is with Walmart.com. Walmart.com has never addressed the claim I opened with them, when I called them back today they say it is a Paypal problem. Paypal doesn't see the problem. If you don't want to lose money, stay away from this company and their partners like Walmart!"
"AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! They don't even deserve one star. I ordered a costume 16 days ago and still have not received it! When I called 5 days ago for an update they told me it would ship out the next day. Now that I have still not received it, I called the company again. Now they apologize for not telling me that 5 days ago when I called they should have told me that they never had the costume in the first place and will not be receiving it. They also would like to charge me $23 dollars in shipping to get an alternative outfit to me in time."

I wanted to make an even exchange for different size and they recharged my original price. So no full refund and I had to pay additional for the different size item. Bogus!!! and yet have not receive the second size in the mail. Customer shouldn't have to pay if they are doing and an even exchange. Worst experience as an online shopper. Terrible terrible service. "I had the worst experience with this company. I purchased 2 costumes for my "CHILDREN" and they were NOT true to size. I called Customer Service NOT for aREFUND but just an EXCHANGE of costumes...I was told NO, I had exceeded the 10 day policy. They wouldn't let me exchange kids costumes within 13 days from purchase? Then I was told to purchase two new costumes and basically SUCK WIND with the other ones. NICE! My advice; STAY AWAY FROM BUYING ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!!!! I sent everyone on FB and Twitter this review so nobody has the displeasure of dealing with this company.

"All the costumes I've purchased are delightful. Although the velcro on one costume fell off and the material started to run and because there was only 1 strip of velcro at the top of the costume and no tie, the back of the costume gaped causing the front to sag."
