WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!

"There should be an option for 0 stars!! This company gave me the worst retail experience EVER! I ordered my daughter's Halloween costume almost two months in advance. They sent me a confirmation email with an expected delivery date. Well that date came and went, no costume. So I called them. "Oh, looks like it's on back order ma'am". Well thanks for not letting me know! They say "It will be here by October 20th and we'll ship it right to you. We guarantee it by Halloween". Whatever, ok. Just glad it was coming! Here comes Oct 20th. I call again to double check it got sent out... "Oh it looks like we never received it and we won't be receiving it after all". What????!!!! And you didn't think you should let me know?????? And just to keep it fun, the only "supervisor" on duty is a know-it all young gal who couldn't care less about giving good customer service. What is wrong with people? So I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else to get your kids' costumes. Don't waste your time or money. I've never had such a bad experience. "

Not impressed.

"Really wish I had checked these reviews before ordering. I placed my order in early September to ensure I would have it for Halloween. Was told my order would arrive on September 23.

When it didn't arrive I called the company to find out it was not in stock. I could not get a refund and my order was shipped only a couple of days ago. It isn't expected to arrive until November 2 and no one even called to see if I wanted to change my shipping option to ensure a Halloween arrival.

very disappointed!

"the company took my money, said they will ship the order out for me on the 20th. i had promised my child that he will receive the order before his Halloween party and of course to my disappointment i had to call today to find out the order was cancelled because it was out of stock. but i was one of the first to place the order and when i spoke to the rep she said the order will be shipped today, they never told me sorry but we will not be able to fulfill your order and now unfortunately i can not find the costume any where its very very poor customer service i guess they don't care about the children that they will be devastating my son is going to be so hurt. And now i have no clue what to do. "

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE . ..SCAM!!!!!!!

"I have never written a review before but felt obligated to do my best to stop people from ordering from this site. I placed a $214.39 order for Halloween costumes in September. Never received anything from them so called to check on my packages. The gave me a tracking # and a new date the package would arrive. That day came and went with no delivery so I called again. The Tracking # did not correspond with any package they had shipped. Long story short after several conversations with several rude employees that told me numerous different stories I asked for a refund that I was promised to be in my account within 24-48 hrs. Well SEVERAL weeks after placing my order....no package and no refund. Worse part is explaining that to my kids. That is a lot of money and results in no new Halloween costumes this year. Breaks my heart and ticks me off. SHAME on this company!! "

Horrendous Customer Service and Supervisor personnel

"I ordered my 18 months Tiger costume and was informed that it would be delivered by 10/17. I did not receive it by 10/17 and contacted Wholesale Halloween via phone and email. They informed me via email that they were not able to fulfill the order. I then contacted customer service and informed they no longer had it in stock. I asked to be escalated to a supervisor and had to wait 19 minutes before a supervisor was able to get on the phone. She offered nothing but to blame the vendor for the costume mishap. It is extremely frustrating that my 18 month old will have to go to his party with whatever is left now on 10/19. I will never do business with wholesale halloween ever again. They lost a solid customer as I have 3 children under 6."

FRAUD COMPANY STAY FAR AWAY

"I should of read the reviews prior to ordering. I had no problem receiving the items that I ordered, However I decided to return all items in the original form and original packaging expecting a full refund for these items. Lucky for me I returned these items via my own tracking. They received these items a few days later and neglected to issue a refund. After several conversations via email and phone they concluded that I only returned 2 smaller "cheap" items for a refund of $1.50. Please keep in mind the complete items that I purchased I paid $80.26. If you are considering doing business with this company please read the reviews. I would hate for you to lose your money or encounter the feeling of being robbed, defrauded, manipulated. These people are crooks to the highest power "DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SORRY"."

- failed to deliver what I ordered
- failed to get back in contact when I asked for a refund
- failed to refund
I had to ask Visa to force a refund
So, I would say, DO NOT use this company

horrible customer care!

"Horrible customer care service!
My son's costume Luke Sky-walker came missing the belt and for 2 weeks customer care have represents saying they will send the belt and others saying I need to return the costume pay the fee in order to have a return. My son has a party this weekend and I need to find time on very busy schedule ( that's why I bought his costume on line ) to get him a new costume.
I will never never never buy anything form this story again. They transfer their mistake to the customer. Prefers to lose a customer over a belt that they did not send .
Every time you send an email is a different answer. Once they told me the belt would be here no longer than 10/07.

Horrible

"Absolutely the worst place I have ever done business with. Horrible customer service. Spoke to a Hilary who claimed she was a supervisor, which was hard to believe since she was repeatedly rude and told me she would hang up on me. They sent me the wrong size twice which I have to pay to ship back. Then canceled my replacement order with sending only an email. And was told that they didn't need to tell me. What a horrible place to do business with. "

"I ordered my costume on a thursday with a party being the next saturday, and shipping was exactly one week so that gave me 2 days just in case. After i ordered i seen all the reviews and was worried and i actually had the cheapest economy shipping and it came a day early. and most the reviews were tiny girls well im 165 and have large breast and the large fit perfect! I couldnt be more happy ...only thing could improve was they send you emails after to save 20% well that would have been helpful before not after... I dont order but once a year"

Deserves a ZERO rating!

"Please, do not order from this company! By far the worst practices, customer "service", and all around attitude I've ever experienced. I ordered two costumes on 9/9/16. It was returned to their warehouse in MS on 9/16/16. I called the same day and spoke with customer service and was assured that my money would be credited back to my card within 5-7 business days. On the 8th business day (9-28-16) I called back and the rep informed me that nothing had been done about it. She said she would expedite an email to their senior reps to get the refund authorized. She said I would be contacted within 12-24 hours. Almost 48 hours later with no communication what-so-ever, I called customer service yet again. A man named Eric answered, let me tell him my entire situation and then said "I can't hear you" and hung up. I was so frustrated after being given excuses after excuses and then this. I called right back. The customer service rep who took my call this time (after waiting more than 20 minutes on hold each time) refused to give me a number to corporate and said there was no manager or supervisor I could speak with. Unfortunately, I had to get a little rude with her and FINALLY received a call from a "senior rep" who left a message that she would refund $19.90 of my $57.59 (two costumes) total for only one costume. I called back the number she called from and could reach no one. So, back to customer service. I was informed I would hear back within 12-24 hours. Still, nothing. They will keep your merchandise that you ordered and keep your money. You'd be better off spending double and ordering from a business with legit practices than these scam artists! By far the ABSOLUTE WORST online ordering experience I have EVER had. Steer very FAR AWAY from this company. "

couldn't be worse service

"ordered a costume the first of the month and when it hadn't arrived, checked via website. My order was "confirmed" but "pending". WHA? I had paid via paypal and it had already been posted to my credit card and paid for. I called customer service and upon checking, they found NOTHING in their system (even though I had it up on my computer screen). She said she would "forward the info to a senior supervisor and I would hear within 12-24 hours". 24 hours later, I called again. Got the same response from a different voice. 36 hours after that, I DID get an email saying "nothing found, you may re-submit order and pending transactions will be voided". SO, obviously, that did NOT say a refund or credit would be coming. Paypal obviously will credit my account and I DID re-order from another company, but I would certainly be very wary of ordering anything from them!"

Steer Clear from this site!!

"It won't let me pick 0 stars, but that's what I would rank them! I will NEVER buy from here again! I placed an order online on 9/17. The estimated delivery was listed as 9/23. When I got the email confirmation, it indicated i would receive an email with tracking info once it was shipped. On 9/22, still hadn't received the tracking email. I emailed their customer service asking for an update and received a response stating 1 of the items was on back order so the entire order was going to be held and wouldn't be shipped until 10/20. I called customer service to verify the delivery date and they stated I wouldn't receive it by 10/27 when i needed it. I ordered a month in advance and wouldn't get it in time???? So i asked to cancel the order, it's against their policy! Never heard of that before!!!!! I asked to speak to a manager, they wouldn't transfer me. After 10 minutes of asking to speak to a manager and they still wouldn't let me, i hung up. Now trying to work with the bank to try to correct it. But since HW doesn't put the charge through until it ships..... i have to check my account daily to try to stop it! Horrible business practice! "

ZERO STARS!!!!

"If I could give 0 stars I would! I placed an order on 5/23 & received an email on 5/27 saying my order has shipped. As of today 6/10 I have not received my order. I have called their customer service 5 times & every single time they tell me a manager will call me back. No one ever calls me & furthermore....they can't provide a tracking number to prove they even shipped the order. I will NEVER order from this company again. Horrible horrible experience!"
